Don't use this service. Crazy overpriced and did not give quite up front after diagnosing the issue. Charged 1600 for labor because he brought in 4 guys to do the job of 1, maybe 2, at least some of which was spent going to fetch materials. On top of that charged 700 for materials without providing receipts.

Very very bad experience for building customer trust. In the end the problem was fixed to my satisfaction but will not use again. Would also actively discourage others from engaging Rick's services because he was not transparent about his pricing.

Rick was great. Woke up on a
Saturday morning to find my kitchen flooded; called Rick and he was at my place in half an hour. He gave me an assessment and good explanation of the root cause, including going into my crawl space under the house to check the pipes. He had his whole team out later that afternoon (he had another job to get to first), and they had not only more logically reconfigured a complicated system done by the previous owner (thus fixing the leak), but also installed a water pressure gauge...all in about two hours. He did not charge ""weekend/emergency"" rates (as far as I could tell); I think I paid a fair price for the work. As of this posting, I definitely plan to call him again if I need plumbing work.

Full disclosure, we didn't end up performing the work as we found it was far more complicated than we thought and we may be doing a remodel in the near future.

Ricky came by the same day, provided updates on his ETA and arrived on time. He is the kind of guy who took off his boots without me even asking. Ricky spent almost an hour with me trying to problem solve how to move a fridge water line to the other side of the kitchen at my house, but due to old funky construction it was going to be quite a complicated job. He always recommended the right way to do things and didn't recommend short cuts. He also was honest that the work was significant if we hadn't 100% set on keeping the fridge where it is it may be better to hold off on the work. Again we didn't end up doing with with him but his professionalism was one of the best I have seen and will definitely call you again for upcoming plumbing needs.

2 toilets and two tubs backed up all at the same time on Saturday night - UGH!!! Rick to the Rescue! Not only did he take my call at 9:30pm but was there by 10pm trying to figure out what was going on. Unfortunately, wasn't able to fix in the moment but explained everything he was doing and looking for, along with short-term and long-term options to solve the problem. Once we decided on a plan, he was there with help early the next morning to get it done. He was understanding, helpful, patient, and extremely easy to talk to. I'm super happy with the results and look forward to using him for all my plumbing needs in the future. Do yourself a favor and call this guy!

Rick's 5 star reviews are deserved. I called him for a plugged sewer line on a sunday evening. He returned my call within 10 minutes, told me when he could come, and then updated me as he was on his way. He arrived at 8:30 and worked until 10:30 pm. Unfortunately the problem was difficult and couldn't be solved that evening/night so he was back with different equipment the next day, again with notification as to when he would arrive. He fixed the problem, all the while being so totally professional and courteous. Rick has years of experience and uses it to identify problems and alleviate them. He is definitely the one to call for any plumbing problem.

Rick was fantastic! He responded to my quote response immediately and we communicated by text even though it was past 10pm. I'd already been without a working toilet for two days. Rick arrived early the next morning with the exact part that was needed for the job and was in and out in about 15 mins.

The job was done professionally and efficiently, and Rick is just a really nice guy who knows that he is doing. I will definitely call him again if I ever need any more plumbing work!

Strongly recommend!

Sunday afternoon rose bush installation resulted in a broken pipe in the frontyard blowing water 5 feet in the air. We called over 20 plumbers, but none were available since it was Sunday. Rick came to the rescue!

He was quick, friendly, and did a fantastic job for a VERY reasonable price. What I liked the most about his work is that he understood the urgency of our situation, kept us calm, and did a heck of a job.

One silver lining of this situation is that we have found our go-to plumber! Thanks Rick!

Rick is a personable and friendly man. I had an urgent plumbing need on a holiday weekend. Not only did he answer his phone but he came over within less than an hour. I truly value someone who provides such a service! The price wasn't inexpensive however it was in line with plumbing services I've used in the past, especially when I take into consideration the holiday weekend.
I would highly recommend that you try out Ricks services.
