Very happy with their service, knowledge and price! Mike was an awesome Plummer who not only installed my whole house water filer but also fixed my front yard sprinkler with just his pinky! Lol. Not really his pinky but his skill made it look easy. I also got a quote for 2 more fix-up jobs! PLUMING THERAPIST IS THE WAY TO GO!!

We needed a water heater, and we were very pleased that we used Plumbing Therapist. AMike came when he said he would, he knew what he was doing, and he left a clean area when he left. The price was also less than we expected. I'm glad I did not try to do it myself.

I have used The Plumbing Therapist apprx. (5) times for large and small projects. Mike, the owner, always has a smile on his face even when he installed a gas line in my attic and it was well above 110 degrees up there. Mike recently installed a (50)' main water line from the street to my home UNDER a newly landscaped front yard. The yard appeared untouched when he finished. Mike always completes the job no matter how many curves are thrown at him. Smaller jobs included a toilet seal replacement and gas line leak repair at my pool pump. I've been a homowner for (30) plus years and have used many plumbers, Mike at TPT is my 1st and only call for a plumber even if I have to wait for him to become available. Last, but not least, Bonnie, who runs the office has kept me informed of scheduling issues and even calls at 8:00PM to keep me informed.

Excellent service at a cost that is very affordable. Mike repaired several issues in short order and was very good at explaining the issue, repairs and preventative maintenance. I had a wonderful experience and recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing repairs. He worked tirelessly to complete the job and came back late the same evening to finish because he had other customer commitments and wanted to finish my job!!!! Excellent service!!!!

Excellent service... I've been using the same plumber for years, I recently had a problem getting the water to turn off in my upstairs shower. I called my regular plumber, he said he would send one of his ""guys"" out. $135 latter his ""guy"" got it down to a slow leak. He stated the only way to fix the problem was to cut into the wall to correctly repair it. The estimate was approximately $600. I agreed to the repair and set an appointment. The day of the appointment they were a no show. I started looking for someone to come out. I found TPT, Mike came out that evening. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He did not have to cut into the wall. The repair was $90. I couldn't be happier...

If you don't use The Plumbing Therapist, you're making a mistake. That is the short and sweet of this review. I have two houses and over the last 5 years have used them on a variety of jobs. They replaced like 60 ft of my sewer main in the front yard about 2 years back. They did a water heater install and set a toilet in their most recent visit. Earlier this year I had a slab leak which I thought was going to be a nightmare. They referred me to a company to find the leak and then came out to do the repair; they made it look easy. :)

Bottom line is they do high quality work at reasonable prices. It is few and far between that you see that. If you need something done, even if you have to wait a day or two for their schedule to free up, it will be worth the wait. I'll use them on all my plumbing related projects until the end of time.

Thank you so much Bonnie and Mike! I had no water running before going to bed because my water softener broke and clogged my plumbing. I went to bed totally stressed about this sudden situation. Thanks to Bonnie's advertising on social media, I knew who to call. Mike helped me bypass the water heater and unclog my plumbing the very next morning. I cannot thank both of you enough. The rest of my day could have been much more stressful if it was not for the prompt response. Thanks to the both of you again!!!

Have used The Plumbing Therapist twice. The plumber who came to our house (Mike) was very helpful and went above and beyond to help with the project I needed to have done (switching out old gold bathroom fixtures). I was given several options for how to proceed with repairs without any sales push or pressure. Great job and highly recommend.

I gave TPT 5 stars based on the repair job and the customer service. The appointment was a little less than a week out and the job cost a few bucks more than I originally wanted to pay.
The job was done correctly and very efficiently. I received a confirmation call and a 20 mins out call. Very professional service here.

I live in Elk Grove & read most of the positive feedback regarding this company. I had called to get an estimate for our home & was told I would get a call back. A few days had passed, so I called again & was again told I would get a call back. I never did get that call. I really try to work with local companies within Elk Grove, but this experience had us contracting the work from outside of Elk Grove.
I wish this company well, but a follow up call back from the receptionist would have been nice.
