I can't say enough good things about Mike and Bonnie. We've had Mike out installing 3 toilets, mini-faucet in the kitchen sink and I don't know what else. I had a Grohe bathroom faucet go out. Those are guaranteed for life but it can be a hassle getting a replacement or the parts for free. Mike and Bonnie worked with them.

It took a while but persistence paid off and TPT didn't charge me anything for the return trip for that item. They saved me a considerable amount on the fixtures and their labor rate was very reasonable.

Great crew and the humorous name is also a minor positive. I won't call anyone else.

This company rocks! So I have 3 little kids, who knows what the hell they did to my toilet, but it stopped working. After reading some reviews, I thought I'd call The Plumbing Therapist. If there is such a thing as a ""Plumbing Angel"" it would be Mike!!! He showed up right on time, and went right to work. He fixed our toilet in literally 10 minutes. No more running water, it flushed the way it's supposed to. and let me add, he actually tightened our toilet seat so it didn't move around. If you thought that's where the story ended, guess again. My wife mentioned to Mike that our dish washer wasn't draining properly, so you know what he then proceeds to do? He fixes our dishwasher! With no extra charge! Mike is a stand up guy, who has customer service skills that are hard to come by in this day and age. Do yourself a favor, call this company for all your plumbing needs. They go above and beyond the call of duty.

I placed a claim through the property's home warranty service and received confirmation that the Plumbing Therapist would be the contractor to contact me for the service work. I waited the standard 48 hour window and was never contacted by anyone from this company. I called them to see when the service would be processed and I was not helped by the lady who answered my call. She had no idea what was going on, could not write down the home address correctly, she seemed flustered by a simple phone call and proceeded to tell me that she would call me back once she figured out what was going on. I waited another 2 days and called back to see once again when service would be scheduled. No answer this time, so I left a message. No one called me back so I sent an e-mail to the Plumbing Therapist. It has been 5 days since this e-mail was sent and no one has contacted me to this date. I had to call the home warranty company to see if they could assign a different contractor to my file. I have now lost 2 weeks to where my tenants still do not have a working garbage disposal. I do NOT recommend this company!

I was in need of plumber very badly . I was not getting hot water to one bathroom in my house. I called out several plumbers. The first one said I needed a new water heater for $2000.00. The second one said I needed a to go Tankless for $5000.00.
So when I called Flowrite Plumbing I explained to them it was not my water heater. Penny said lets schedule you a call and lets have the tech come out and figure out what is really going on. When Jimmy arrive I was prepared to hear the worst. To my surprise he said I can fix it in 20 min for $95.00. I said NO way DO IT . Sure enough it is fixed and only $95.00. It so nice to have a trusted and experience plumbers. I will look no more Flowrite Plumbing your my plumber.

They came out right away to fix an issue, they were communicative and helpful, and they charged a very reasonable (way lower than previous plumbers) amount. They said they'd be there at 8:00am and they were, then we're gone an hour later having fixed everything. I am done looking for other plumbers, they were perfect.

I had the plumbing therapist come out to fix a two showers in my home with separate problems. When I first called for the appointment, the receptionist was snippy with me when she asked me what the problem was so that we could make the appointment. Her was less than pleasant attitude almost changed my mind on having this company come out, but I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt with how high their Yelp ratings were.

To resolve the issues, it ended up taking three trips total. On the first trip Mike came and evaluated the problem, made a change in the stand alone shower and then recommended replacing the same part in both showers. He didn't have the part on him, so he said that they would be calling me to set an appointment for tomorrow to fix it. When I got the call, this rep was much nicer, but the appointment couldn't be set until a few days later.

On Mikes second trip to my home, he replaced both the parts in my showers. The odd thing was that whatever he had done to the stand up shower on his first trip solved it's issue so I was skeptical about the part needing to be replaced. The next day after he put in both parts in I noticed that now both showers were leaking (where as before the stand alone shower wasn't leaking, it had a different issue). I called the Plumbing Therapist back up to have them come out and fix it, but they weren't able to until the following week.

When Mike came out the final time, he replaced both the parts again and everything seems to be good now. My interactions with Mike were always great, but when talking to the reps over the phone I seemed to get attitude half of the time. The pricing is hard to beat with these guys, only charged for the repair itself and not the diagnosis. Many of the other companies I called for quotes wanted to charge me just to come out and take a look and then again for labor/parts to fix the problem.

Overall not a bad company, but I guess you pay what you get for in the end.

knows how to fix just about everything

Mike has helped me at my home a 2 rental properties fix many different problems
if it's an emergency- he is right there

Best plumbing service in the Sacramento area... I use Mike for our restaurant as well as my personal house. I have never been disappointed. Great Prices and tge most through service. .. Alwwsys top notch...

Excellent service. Had my bathtub serviced on Sunday, December 29. The gentleman was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. Had my bathtub unclogged within minutes and gave my husband some advice on changing out some other pipes under the house.

Only charged $85.

I would hire again and recommend to anyone!
