Good service. They gave us a free estimate and came later. Prices are reasonable and the expertise is superb. Mike is very knowledgable and was very friendly. He really made us feel at ease with dedication to his work. The only reason why I give 4 stars is that Every time I called, I got a voice mail. No big deal, but response time was slow and I had to call again, but this maybe because they are busy. Nevertheless, the service provided made it up.

I chose The Plumbing Therapist because of the great reviews in Yelp. And now I'm adding another great review. Mike arrived within the time stated and replaced the shower cartridge quickly. Very pleasant guy. Good customer service and reasonably priced. I will be calling this company again in the near future to replace my bathroom faucets.

This company came highly recommended and was my third attempt at finding a plumber who could fix a State Select water heater. Bonnie, who returned my voicemail within 5 minutes was sympathetic I hadn't had hot water in nearly 3 days. Mike showed up at my door shortly after and finally fixed an igniter that had previously been replaced by another company months prior for a third of the price the former company charged. I take comfort knowing there are still businesses out there who know what they're doing and don't gouge me for my lack of knowledge in plumbing. I too highly recommend this company and will absolutely use them in the future. Thank you!

The technician was on time and was extremely friendly. Needed a custom
Shower panel installed and many other quotes were just way way overpriced. The technician put more time and effort in than expected, all for 1/2 the price of the ""other"" guys!

I can't say enough good things about Mike and Bonnie. We've had Mike out installing 3 toilets, mini-faucet in the kitchen sink and I don't know what else. I had a Grohe bathroom faucet go out. Those are guaranteed for life but it can be a hassle getting a replacement or the parts for free. Mike and Bonnie worked with them.

It took a while but persistence paid off and TPT didn't charge me anything for the return trip for that item. They saved me a considerable amount on the fixtures and their labor rate was very reasonable.

Great crew and the humorous name is also a minor positive. I won't call anyone else.

This company rocks! So I have 3 little kids, who knows what the hell they did to my toilet, but it stopped working. After reading some reviews, I thought I'd call The Plumbing Therapist. If there is such a thing as a ""Plumbing Angel"" it would be Mike!!! He showed up right on time, and went right to work. He fixed our toilet in literally 10 minutes. No more running water, it flushed the way it's supposed to. and let me add, he actually tightened our toilet seat so it didn't move around. If you thought that's where the story ended, guess again. My wife mentioned to Mike that our dish washer wasn't draining properly, so you know what he then proceeds to do? He fixes our dishwasher! With no extra charge! Mike is a stand up guy, who has customer service skills that are hard to come by in this day and age. Do yourself a favor, call this company for all your plumbing needs. They go above and beyond the call of duty.

I placed a claim through the property's home warranty service and received confirmation that the Plumbing Therapist would be the contractor to contact me for the service work. I waited the standard 48 hour window and was never contacted by anyone from this company. I called them to see when the service would be processed and I was not helped by the lady who answered my call. She had no idea what was going on, could not write down the home address correctly, she seemed flustered by a simple phone call and proceeded to tell me that she would call me back once she figured out what was going on. I waited another 2 days and called back to see once again when service would be scheduled. No answer this time, so I left a message. No one called me back so I sent an e-mail to the Plumbing Therapist. It has been 5 days since this e-mail was sent and no one has contacted me to this date. I had to call the home warranty company to see if they could assign a different contractor to my file. I have now lost 2 weeks to where my tenants still do not have a working garbage disposal. I do NOT recommend this company!
