A couple of years ago we purchased an older home and wanted to clear the slow draining bar sink as part of an update to the bar area. I used Draino-type product to clear the drain and it just made it worse and smelly. In addition, a laundry tub sink was jiggly and leaking because of it. I contacted Dan and he rolls up in a Telsa, comes to the front door with no tools and explains that he can ""fix things with his bare hands""Hmmmm. $800+ and 6 hours later he fixed (so far) the drain but did NOT fix the laundry tub leak which was the easy thing to fix. During his visit he made snarky remarks about what other plumbers may or may not have done wrong and what we (as new owners of the home) may have done wrong. We agreed with him bar sink was old and needed to be replaced (on this list) but I wasn't going to use him (since he failed to fix laundry room sink). He texted me the next day to make more comments about the bar sink. When I said I wasn't worried about that, I was concerned about the Laundry tub sink still leaking, he suggested I ""have my husband look at it"". Sexist, obnoxious, epic fail!

I would give Dan 10 stars. We had a leak under our kitchen sink and called him for a service call. Instead, he offered to help us troubleshoot over the phone. He was able to walk us through the fix in just a few minutes and saved us hundreds. Needless to say, Dan will be our go-to plumber from now on!

On Labor Day Weekend after calling 13 others these folks actually answered the phone and then walked me through some things so my basement did not flood overnight! The following day they came to my house and took care of Everything and even helped me with a faucet upstairs at no extra charge. VERY Professional, very fair pricing and they clean up after themselves real well. FIVE STARS for sure!
