Update: ok was able to reach someone who gave me a nice update to what was happening with our water. It had been turned off to fix a pipe. Now we're waiting for stuff to set before water is turned on again. *crosses fingers* please stuff set quickly.

My husband called Larry at around 5:00 PM explaining that truck had run over our water meter box and we were without water. We told him we didn't need someone right that second, as we were probably fine overnight. Larry sent two men to our house the next morning, within a one hour window. The gentlemen were very nice and wore their masks while interacting with me.
They finished the work in 1-1.5 hours and said they would send a bill in the mail. Received it 2 days later for a very reasonable price.
Highly recommend this company!

This company came to my next door neighbors to unclog there upstairs bathroom ended up braking my pipe in my condo. Has not taken ownership of the damages. Because of there error i lost all my property (furnisher, pictures, electronics) in my home because of asbestos that damaged everything. With my insurance i got not even half of my property paid. Stay away from this company they are not responsible and do not care to make things right. They do not deserve any stars... But to post i have to give one.
I want to be able to give a negative 0 stars....
Beware!!!!!!

The Plumbing store has been our go to people for over 25 years. They are responsive and quick to help. They have repaired by rental house plumbing problems and our personal residence. Larry, the owner is a local guy who helps his neighbors and gives back to the community.

We had Plumbing Store Service out cause our ""Hot Water Heater"" started to leak. We explained we had a elderly person in the house and something we could not wait on days to get fixed. They listen to our concerns and sent a service person out right away. Our ""Hot Water Heater"" was replaced that same day. The service guy was so polite and took care of the boxes and cleaned up like they were never there. I just want to say you don't get that kind of service all the time and I would call for their service again. Very Happy in El Cajon.

We have a water leak coming up out of the concrete foundation and saturating the living room carpet. A call on Monday early in the morning resulting in a call in the afternoon promising to come ""mañana"". When tomorrow came, a plumber visited, confirmed the problem, and promised to be back to begin repairs in the morning. In the morning at 8:00 AM we get a call informing us that they have too much work and will come tomorrow. We are still waiting, and all the while, water is coming into the living room. The size and scope of the leak is increasing rapidly. This is NOT a concern I want anywhere near a plumbing emergency.

I too say that if I could rate this place with a zero I would. We waited for this company to come out on Friday 6/19 to look at our plumbing they were an hour and a half late looked at the tub said he would be back on Monday at 1pm. Monday arrived and 1pm passed and it is now after 4pm this company is a no show. Called and cancelled service and am going with another company that is rated with over four stars not two and a half.

I've had them out to my house four more times since the first review.
Every time they are there (on time or early), get the job done, clean up their work site and are as PLEASANT as the day is long.
The office staff is helpful, courteous and so patient in dealing with me.
Btw, they are also super flexible on scheduling work calls.
LUV THIS BUSINESS!!!!

If the option to give 0 stars existed, I would. This morning this plumbing service shut off water to my entire apartment complex while I was in the shower preparing for work. I rushed outside and was told, ,""Deal With it."" and then a smirk. When asking how long it would be, I was brushed off and ignored. When I told them I would be filing a complaint, the plumber chuckled and said, ""and who is going to care!""
Just thought people should know who they are deling with here, I would NOT recommend ANYONE use this service, HORRIBLE BUSINESS dealings. Maybe if
Larry Cunningham, owner and operator, spent more time training and working with these guys the company would not be falling down around his ears.

While I will say they were responsive and fixed the problem quickly, the condition in which they left my home was deplorable. My bathroom sink and counters were filthy, my porcelain tile in the bathroom a mess, and globs of goopy gunk were left in my shower where they had placed my toilet. They left personal clothing items and miscellaneous toilet parts on my bathroom counter. And the baseboard they ripped off my bathroom walls was only set back in place, not secured. What a mess! And the really sad thing is that the property management firm that manages my condo complex contracts with these guys...I wonder how many other job sites are left this way. As a project manager, if any of my contractors EVER left a job site this way, I'd be reading them the riot act and would steer clear of them when awarding future jobs. Totally unprofessional, and totally unacceptable. I won't be calling these guys again. I only wish I could upload photos so everyone could witness the evidence.
