Had ""Blake"" here again on another plumbing situation. ""Clair"" coordinated the appointment and the work was done on time, and in an excellent manner. If you have a plumbing need, you can have confidence they'll take care of it to your satisfaction!
Being in an older home, there's a few issues that pop up.

I came downstairs to my waterheater turning into a water feature. I called at 7pm on a Tuesday night, and by 10AM Steve was on Site to provide a quote, and Blake was there at 1pm to install a new water heater. Very professional, price competitive, and followed through with what they said they were going to do.

Frozen Pipes. Our water stopped running and we knew our pipes had frozen. We were worried about them bursting. I called the Plumbing Source. Steve was booked out, and unable to get someone to the house. However, he FaceTimed us and helped us identify the areas we should focus on. He walked us through what to do which included locating the pipes and running space heaters and opening up doors and cabinets. I'm happy to report that we were able to unfreeze the pipes and get our water back without dealing with a bursting pipe. Steve was so awesome the whole way through. He saved us from what could have been a catastrophic problem. He was so kind and patient the whole time. I'm so grateful!

In the last few months, The Plumbing Source has resolved two separate plumbing issues for me. In both cases, their service was amazing: great communications, professional service, courteous/personable staff, on-time and reasonably priced! Highly recommended!!

The owner, Steve, is very nice and genuinely wants his customers to be happy with the results and their experience with his company. 1 star off for a couple of communication snafus but they were mostly resolved. Will update review when/if they are fully resolved.

We are a family of three with an eight month old baby. Our water heater went out on the weekend and we were faced with not having any hot water to properly clean baby bottles, take showers or bathe our daughter. The Plumbing Source promptly sent over a crew to replace our water heater. The crew was very conscious of COVID-19 and took the appropriate measures to reduce the risk of potential transmission. The crew ensured that they didn't dirty our home and treated it with respect, asking before moving baby gates or other items. The instal was quick and they triple checked all components and made sure we had hot water that same day. We compared their prices to other companies and they were significantly less expensive compared to larger plumbing companies, and provided better service! We are so thankful for their work and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone seeking plumbing work.

With a quote. I chased again a couple of weeks later as I thought 'Hey they may be less busy' but nope! Too much trouble to reply :(

Amending this review as I had a call with sincere apologies for. It being in touch, we all have very difficult times which I totally understand. I had a really good initial impression so I'm looking forward to updating this review once more with more positivity

What a great company! Two nights ago I noticed that my shower wasn't getting as hot as it normally does, but the dishwasher was running so I blamed it on that. Much to my dismay, when I woke up yesterday morning I quickly figured out that the lukewarm shower from the previous evening was because my hot water heater had kicked the can and needed to be replaced. I called The Plumbing Source and they were out first thing this morning to replace it. Everyone that I dealt with at this company was a true delight - from Steve in the office who handled scheduling, to Seth and Blake who came out today for the install; they were all prompt, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Truly a 5-star experience and I recommend them without hesitation.
