This is our second time using plumbing smith. Can not be happier with them. The office lady is very kind and easy to work with. I got an appointment on the sane day. Kevin came on time. He is very experienced and really good. He fixed my eject pump in no time. I am a very happy customer!

This was our first experience with The Plumbing Smith, and we will definitely be using them again for our plumbing needs. We were awakened by our ejector pump alarm at 4am on a Sunday morning. We waited until 7:30am to call and Kevin immediately picked up. He was able to diagnose the issue over the phone, and he said he could come by at noon to replace the ejector pump (our house is 20 years old now). He texted at 11am, and said his schedule freed up and he could come by earlier. From our first meeting, I can tell Kevin is a really good guy and is very willing to help his customer base even at odd hours. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and good at his job and is continuing to grow his company. I highly recommend him and The Plumbing Smith for all your plumbing needs. I learned that he even has an HVAC license and has done repair work on large appliances, so he is good guy to have in your speed dial. He is a Glenview guy, and he said he likes to keep his business to a seven mile radius. Keep him in mind the next time you need a good, reliable plumber!

Awesomeis an understatement! Reid came out and did what another company didn't do. I had a really tough clog that a other company (inexperienced person) couldn't handle, telling me that the pipes under the tub needed to be redone. Reid took his time and determination and unclogged my pipe! The clog wasn't even under the tub! I will definitely be using The Plumbing Smith again, but hopefully not too soon! More than 5 stars is in order!

At midnight, I noticed my sump pump had failed. One call and what seemed like maybe 20 minutes later, Kevin Smith was at my house and saved the day (or more appropriately, the night). I am still in disbelief that on a weekday, at midnight; it took them under an hour to wake up, call me back, get to my house, replace my pump, and clean up. And to top it off, his price was Extremely reasonable.

Icing on the cake: answered every question I threw at him and didn't seem annoyed.

I would highly recommend this company. Extremely responsive and professional.

This was my first time using Plumbing Smith. Reid, Kevin's brother, came out after I called just a few hours before. He tried to repair some very old bathroom fixtures and thoroughly explained what was necessary. One fixture wasn't worth the repair, although he tried, and he had to get a part for the other one, but overall the price was fair and Reid seemed very competent. As he left, I asked him to take a look at a toilet that I was told to replace by another plumber and Kohler as well. He fixed it in 30 minutes! My new favorite plumber! Do not hesitate to call this company.

Kevin has helped us out with a sewer problem and leaky pipes 3 times and counting. He is the only person I trust to call. Our sewer problem returned a week later and he came right back with not extra charge and he was in the pouring rain snaking our sewer line again. I felt so bad, but he sticks by his word and made sure our bathroom was operable again that night. He worked diligently until it was fixed and the price was very very reasonable and more than fair.
