Shaun showed up when he said he would, came with an excellent attitude, completed the job professionally, and charged about 1/2 of what another plumbing company had quoted. (The other company never showed up.) Plumbing Shark will be my go-to company for all my plumbing needs.

woke up this morning and had a serious water leak under my kitchen sink...I was desperate and pulled up Plumbers in my area....After reading The Plumbing Shark's reviews on Google, I called them...I sure didn't expect same day service on short notice....but Shaun came out, assessed the problem and had the issue repaired in a matter of minutes ! SUPER nice guy...Very professional... Very efficient... Very reasonable price... Highly recommend him for any of your plumbing issues. A+++++++ in my book ! !  Thank You Shaun  ! !

He was great. He was reliable, punctual, reasonably priced, and he did great work. I got two faucets installed, two toilets fixed, and a drain unclogged for $225.

Had an appointment set up. I work from home, and advised Shaun that I cannot always pick up my phone, because I have clients. When he called to say he was on the way, I was with a client, and could not answer my cell. As a result, my appointment was just cancelled. He decided, with no good reason, that I was not going to be home. Since we'd discussed previously that I would be home all day, I found this behavior completely unprofessional. When I was able to reach him later, he said he forgot that I work from home, and it wasn't worth it to come all the way here if I wasn't going to be here. It was not the first time he's been here and had no good reason to believe I'd be a no show. He refused to come out same day, even knowing I had a leak. He wanted me to reschedule for next week. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this business, as today made it clear that my business was not valued.
