In 2002, Steven Lee, our owner, embarked on his plumbing journey. The Plumbing Pros was established in 2015, providing residential service and repair since then.
I was born and raised in Loomis, CA, where I attended Del Oro High School as a Golden Eagle. I married my wife, Rosalyn, at 23, and we have been happily married for 16 years. We are proud parents of three boys aged three, nine, and twelve. In 2002, I started learning the trade from talented plumbers in new construction at Ferrari Plumbing, a Roseville-based company.
Following six years, I sought further growth at two large service and repair firms. These eight years taught me a wealth of knowledge about the plumbing service industry, including its ups and downs. Eventually, I gained enough knowledge and formed valuable friendships and mentorships in the local industry, allowing me to launch The Plumbing Pros in May 2016. We are regularly recognized for our effective communication, professionalism, and value. Our crew includes three plumbers—Bruce, Dusty, and Joe—who are not only my team members but also dear friends.
My guiding principle is my Judeo-Christian values, expressed through faith and conviction. All glory goes to the Savior of the world, Jesus Christ.

Jhan M.I called Plumbing Pros today and spoke to Steve and wanted to give a huge shout out for the help I received over the phone!
I thought I was going to have a massive issue with leaking pipes in the wall behind my bathtub on 2nd floor. But Steve listened to my story and was able to assess the problem right over the phone and said it was likely just a dry trap and air in pipes from lack of using the tub and/or sink. All I had to do was turn on the faucet and let water run for about 15 seconds. Voilà Issue solved!
I am very thankful for honest and knowledgeable people like Steve and will definitely be calling the Plumbing Pros for any future needs.

Before I'd have gone to a big box store, wandered around trying to get someone to help me pick a water heater, then wait weeks to be called for installation. But I remembered what a great job The Plumbing Pros guys did on my toilet repairs so I texted and got a quote that day (Friday before the 4th of July) and got my new water heater installed on that Tuesday. A great price, and great service.

Wendy F.I can't say enough great things about these guys. My husband tried to fix my shower leak then a handyman tried. Neither were able so I called Plumbing Pros and they diagnosed and knew exactly the problem over the phone. They sent out someone the next day. My first impression was wrong. In came a very young person and I thought ""oh no, is this a bait and switch"". It couldn't be further from the truth. He had that plumbing leak fixed in 5 minutes! He also installed a new faucet in another part of the house. It was a tricky spot but he was able to do it and we love it. I HIGHLY recommend these guys!

Matt B.These guys are awesome. Our 50 gallon water heater was 18 years old and just didn't give us enough hot water. The Plumbing Pros walked us through our tank and tankless water heater options. We went with a Navien tankless system to give us more hot water.
We had Bruce and Evan do the install. They arrived on time and had us up and running with hot water within 4 hours. The install looks super clean. You could tell they take pride in their work. They are also friendly, very knowledgeable and take the time to answer my questions.
