The Plumbing Pros showed up within 2 hours of me calling them for help. I had a leaking gate valve, and was unable to break the fittings loose from 35 years of use and rust. Bruce replaced the valve and a hose bib, quickly, professionally, and at a fair price. It's beautiful! I am quite pleased, just as I was when The Plumbing Pros did work for me at least twice in the past. I wouldn't use anyone else.

On 2/17/24 We had water gushing like a 5 foot fountain from our yard onto the street and Steve and his crew were very responsive!

And talk about value - No charge for locating the main water valve - it was flooded under water - and turning it off AT NO CHARGE!!!

Twice they have installed a hot water tank under my kitchen sink so i get hot water instantly because it took a while for the water to get hot from the tankless system we have . Flawless experience with installation of new 50gal gas water heater. The quote process was very straightforward. I have done minor work like faucet installation myself, so I appreciated the detailed listing of work and pictures of prior work. All info and pricing clear up front, so I didn't have many questions, but the few I did have, Evan provided clear advice. Great communication throughout. Very clean install and attention to small details. Area was left perfectly clean. Steve provided very honest advice about a separate repair and I will not hesitate to use Plumbing Pros in the future.

Steve, the owner, was extremely helpful and answered all questions I had regarding a hot water replacement and toilet repair.

Bruce and Evan showed up promptly when scheduled (actually early as I saw both their vehicles parked down the road 15 minutes early). The job was completed fast and efficiently. Everything looks and works Great!

Pricing was very reasonable and beat out the other two highly rated and reviewed companies I called.
