Called them this morning for an estimate and was thrilled that they would make it out this afternoon. Unfortunately, they called back at Three to say that they were running late and I might want to reschedule. Having me waste an afternoon waiting for nothing is NOT a good way of earning my business or my recommendation.

These guys are fantastic! I heard about them from my in-laws, called them for a toilet repair due to a leak in our old house, and they came right out to help us. Travis diagnosed the problem almost immediately, gave me some options and his recommendations, and was able to fix it for us quickly. I would absolutely trust them again for their solid work.

I've used The Plumbing Pro at least five times now, for all my plumbing needs, including valve and faucet replacement, drain snaking, and water heater replacement. I've called many of the other well known plumbers in the KC area for estimates, but most will charge trip fees and diagnostic fees, while The Plumbing Pro provides free estimates. In some cases, my total repair bill from The Plumbing Pro has been less than the trip fees and diagnostic fees alone would have been from the other big name plumbers in town. Everyone I've worked with from The Plumbing Pro has performed quality work and taken all the time needed to do it right and explain all the necessary options and considerations. I would expect that The Plumbing Pro will continue to be the choice to all my plumbing needs for years to come.

I have used this company twice now and they have always been exceptional. Arrive on time polite diagnosis and fixes the problem. If you have a plumbing issue they are the ones to call! Prices are great!

Ask for Danny, he was the guy that handled my issue. He was polite, knowledgeable, and went straight to work taking care of the problem.

We had a terrible faucet burst in our house that caused a huge water leak through out our entire house. Danny was able to get to our house within 15 mins of my calling in a panic and took care of the issue very quickly. He was very kind and explained what was going on and what needed to be done.

After waiting for almost 3 hours for the 1st plumber HomeAdvisor connected me with, I went down the line & selected The Plumbing Pro. Call answered promptly, I told them the urgency of our call (pipe broke we had NO water to the house ) I was assured they would be on their way within the next 10 mins. My initial call to them was at 2:28 p.m. - Danny came out, fixed the pipe that was broken, put a new faucet on the outside for the garden hose, fixed a blown out hot water valve on the hall bath...and while he was at it he changed the cold water valve as well and fixed the configuration of the hot/cold as it was backwards (this way when we purchased the home). EVERYTHING fixed - and he was gone by 3:50. WOW - if I hadn't of called him I would still be waiting for the first guy to call me back. DANNY & The Plumbing Pro will be our go to plumbers from now on. Prompt, friendly, dependable & good ! You won't be disappointed with them.... THANK YOU !
