Do NOT hire this company. They make you sign a no warranty contract because their work is horrible and they don't have to be responsible. They didn't even offer everything needed for the job to be done adequately. They snaked my drain, with no roots, and a week later it was backed up again. They will do nothing but charge more to come out again.

You know your day is not going well when the valve blows in your wall (shower enclosure) and you can't shut it off. Email from Olathe utilities about it as our meter was a windmill - spinning that fast due to usage ( kudos for the email warning) Water to the house turned off & a call made at 8:02am this morning garnered us a spot on the schedule for the 11:00-2:00 pm. slot. Scott came out and saved the day! Efficiently whipped out the dated/broken apparatus and put a Moen workhorse set in its place. We won't call any other plumber... rest assured they will promptly & efficiently solve your water woes. Kind - courteous- knowledgeable!!! Thanks Scott!!

I have used Plumbing Pro for all our plumbing needs for many years and have always been impressed with their responsiveness, reliability, professionalism, and technical skills. This latest time, our tub faucet broke on Friday afternoon at 4:30 pm and was concerned that the damage extended behind the wall. They made an appointment for me the next morning. Showed up on time and the office called an hour ahead to let us know his ETA. Made an assessment and determined that only the faucet need to be replaced and not the whole tub and backsplash. The repairs were less than $200 instead of thousands of dollars. I couldn't be more satisfied with their service.

I had a hot water valve replaced in my kitchen. Danny was knowledge and prompt. I liked that he showed me the corrosion and build up in the valve he took off. My hot water works great! I will definitely be calling again when future issues come up.

I had a break under concrete floor in the basement--kitchen drain line. It had been broken probably quite awhile and slowly got worse. I actually called 2 other plumbing companies that are always advertising on the radio and both acted like they didn't want the job , therefore gave me very high bids. I had Terry come out from your company and was so very helpful and explained everything that was going to be involved...digging an area of the concrete floor up and repairing the line. He also re-did all the line from the floor all the way up to the kitchen sink/dishwasher. Terry & his helper worked hard and had it done in half a day. Everything looked and works great. I would highly recommend this company.

There's a drip of water and I don't know where it's coming from again it is just a drip or two of water after he replaced the Faucet under the sink.

Called them this morning for an estimate and was thrilled that they would make it out this afternoon. Unfortunately, they called back at Three to say that they were running late and I might want to reschedule. Having me waste an afternoon waiting for nothing is NOT a good way of earning my business or my recommendation.
