I had a broken water heater and Roger replaced it within 24 hours and did an impressive job! His work was excellent and thorough. He explained everything and cleaned up perfectly, hauling the old unit away. I am using him again to replace some faucets. I've found my new regular plumber! Plus he's super nice!

I've been a tile contractor for 20 years and a few months ago I met Roger Prince on a project we we're doing together. I didn't know him and he didn't know me. We worked two feet from each other and I could see he was going above and beyond to get the job done right. These are the parts of the trade that a homeowner would know nothing about. It's not visible to thee eye but is a very important step and needs to done right the first time. I think Roger is a great guy and I would definitely recommend him.

Roger installed a new water heater within 24 hours of my call. He gave a fair price and did excellent work. He hauled the old water heater away and spent a good deal of time explaining the features of my new heater to me. He was very professional and detailed the job to me ahead of time, going over all the requirements of having the new water heater up to code. He owns and operates his own business and I'll definitely call him again. I'm giving 5 stars!

I originally scheduled another company to repair my leaking toilet shutoff valve, but they cancelled on me last minute. My wife and I were without water for two days, but I decided I didn't want to give them my business anymore and scheduled Roger for the next day instead. Roger did a great job. He replaced the valve in less than 30 minutes and we were happy campers with running water again.

No! I would not recommend Roger the prince of Plumbing.
He is definitely competent as a plumber but he is a very dishonest person.
Because we hired him a lot for the business and home in the past years we trusted him to take care the installation of the new showers and vanity installation in our house.
Because we trusted Roger we paid him what he verbally quoted us for the work before he finished the entire job. We didn't even get any other estimates.
This was our mistake.
When Roger was supposed to finish installing the job he said that we owed him more money.
Roger never mentioned nor gave us an invoice for any additional work he claimed he did.
Roger was not honorable. He made me wait the entire afternoon and never showed up.
He tried to extort money from us to complete the work.
What a sleazy move!
