Roger Prince is a real gem of a plumber. He came highly recommended from our neighborhood website and when we became in a bind due to our home warranty company not being able to service our leak, he came out that day! He's fair, honest, reliable and overall just a great person to have work at your home. He even pointed out an electrical issue he was concerned about that we would never have discovered had it not been for him telling us. We 100% would recommend him.

I was referred by a neighbor to Roger (The Plumbing Prince) with a rave review. You know how that goes...The road to Hell is paved with good intentions when it comes to recommendations. Well, they were right! I always try to work with local folks when it comes to problems with my home. Roger was great. He came on the eve of Thanksgiving after hours and made sure our guest bathroom was ready for our Thanksgiving guests. On time, diagnosed the issue and had it repaired quickly. Further, he said that if I had a problem with it to call him on Thanksgiving day! When was the last time you heard something like that? The bonus was that he is VERY reasonable, especially compared to the larger plumbing companies. He will always be my 1st call for help in the future.

Roger returned my call within the hour and had my sinks fixed the same day! Some of our parts were old, but he had some extra parts with him that miraculously fit! Honest, reliable and capable! What more could you ask for!

I had a broken water heater and Roger replaced it within 24 hours and did an impressive job! His work was excellent and thorough. He explained everything and cleaned up perfectly, hauling the old unit away. I am using him again to replace some faucets. I've found my new regular plumber! Plus he's super nice!

I've been a tile contractor for 20 years and a few months ago I met Roger Prince on a project we we're doing together. I didn't know him and he didn't know me. We worked two feet from each other and I could see he was going above and beyond to get the job done right. These are the parts of the trade that a homeowner would know nothing about. It's not visible to thee eye but is a very important step and needs to done right the first time. I think Roger is a great guy and I would definitely recommend him.

Roger installed a new water heater within 24 hours of my call. He gave a fair price and did excellent work. He hauled the old water heater away and spent a good deal of time explaining the features of my new heater to me. He was very professional and detailed the job to me ahead of time, going over all the requirements of having the new water heater up to code. He owns and operates his own business and I'll definitely call him again. I'm giving 5 stars!

I originally scheduled another company to repair my leaking toilet shutoff valve, but they cancelled on me last minute. My wife and I were without water for two days, but I decided I didn't want to give them my business anymore and scheduled Roger for the next day instead. Roger did a great job. He replaced the valve in less than 30 minutes and we were happy campers with running water again.
