I had a slab leak which Greg at American Leak detection was able to define (he was great). I then found Roger at the Plumbing Prince to do the repair after Dunbar cancelled the job at the very last minute. Roger was beyond awesome (and so happy I went with him instead of Dunbar!). He was prompt, provided great response time in communication, cleaned up after he was done, but more importantly, he was knowledgeable and provided a competitive rate. My leak is repaired and it was a big job which he did in one full day.
I would not hesitate to use him for any and all my plumbing needs.

Roger is a dying breed--one of the few remaining honest independent plumbers in our area. We recently had a leak, got a quote from another larger company that we've used over the past decade for $9000 to replace drain pipes. Turns out it was just a wax seal on our toilet. Thank god we got a second opinion, problem was resolved immediately and leak stopped (water was literally pouring from our ceiling). I am incredibly grateful to this man, we were two seconds away from blowing our entire vacation budget on a stupid pipe that was perfectly fine. As I'm writing this I realize I'm emoting but this has been a rollercoaster of a day. Bottom line--go with Roger, an honest and experienced plumber who will not rip you off.

Insurance denied my water claim, of course. Roger started helping locate a water issue for me and immediately began helping me to figure what to do. I am a single Mom and he's reliable and helpful. I need to really trust in an issue like this where I am without knowledge and I am convinced he will fix this issue as he has done in my other bathroom. I would definitely recommend.

I've been looking for a plumber for weeks and a friend recommended The Plumbing Prince. I'm so happy she did! I needed to have 2 flush valves on my 2 toilets replaced because they kept ""running"". I had purchased the units, he came to instal them, but they did not come with the gaskets needed - so he ordered them and returned the very next morning to finish the job. I highly recommend Roger for all your plumbing needs. I know if I am ever in the need again of a plumber in the future, I'll be calling him!

Roger is our favorite plumber. Not only is he knowledgeable and experienced....but he is reasonably priced and always looking to give us the best value possible. He has helped us with something as simple as unclogging a kitchen sink to re piping a leak found under our foundation. He is a gem and someone we will use for years to come. We highly recommend him.

Rude, unprofessional, refused to wear booties on our brand new carpet and he didn't even put the toilet in right. It had to be fixed after he left. Don't waste your time with this guy.

My landlord insists on using this guy even tho 90% of the time he doesnt fix the problem. Today he came to install a new toilet in our master bath and per usual, he's rude and late. Refused to take off his boots and also doesnt carry shoe covers with him? Our carpets brand new so we had to make a trail of towels through the house for him to walk on. When my husband said he takes off his shoes in his clients houses Roger responded with ""well, thats you."" Rude and unprofessional. He installs the toilet, doesnt say a word and walks out without even saying he's done. My husband catches him pulling out outside and asked ""You arent even going to say anything?"" Roger responded with ""nope."" I dont want him in my house again, theres a million plumbers out there, dont call him.
