Rude, unprofessional, refused to wear booties on our brand new carpet and he didn't even put the toilet in right. It had to be fixed after he left. Don't waste your time with this guy.

My landlord insists on using this guy even tho 90% of the time he doesnt fix the problem. Today he came to install a new toilet in our master bath and per usual, he's rude and late. Refused to take off his boots and also doesnt carry shoe covers with him? Our carpets brand new so we had to make a trail of towels through the house for him to walk on. When my husband said he takes off his shoes in his clients houses Roger responded with ""well, thats you."" Rude and unprofessional. He installs the toilet, doesnt say a word and walks out without even saying he's done. My husband catches him pulling out outside and asked ""You arent even going to say anything?"" Roger responded with ""nope."" I dont want him in my house again, theres a million plumbers out there, dont call him.

Roger arrived when he said he would, quickly made a repair to a leak in a hard to get to pipe in our attic/crawl space. He did a great job. He charged a fair price. Thank you, Roger.

We've had Roger here to do everything from replace toilets to fixing our garbage disposal to snaking our patio drains. He is honest, fairly priced and totally committed to client satisfaction. In fact when he came to change our toilets I changed our mind about the size once I saw them and he swapped them out for us even after one was already installed WITHOUT complaint. He really goes beyond for his customers - and he loves our big goofy dog and our dog loves him too which is a big plus :)

We had a minor disaster / leak under our kitchen sink when our faucet broke, I also needed a new garbage disposer installed. He contacted my promptly & was able to squeeze me in pretty quick. I sent him photos via text & he gave me an idea of the cost & he made recommendations of what specifically what kind of disposer & faucet to purchase & where to get them since it would save me money or he could get the items, my choice. Roger Prince is a real gem of a plumber. He came highly recommended from our neighborhood website and when we became in a bind due to our home warranty company not being able to service our leak, he came out that day! He's fair, honest, reliable and overall just a great person to have work at your home.
