He is 100% dependable, honest and reliable. He is reasonably priced, and does exceptional work. You cannot go wrong with Roger, Five Plus stars!

Someone recommended Roger the Plumbing Prince but I was worried as a female I might get the runaround. Roger did the job in the timeframe he promised at the quote he promised. I was referred to Roger by a neighbor who is a very good friend, and he was absolutely awesome! Very responsive, efficient, competitively priced and a pro.

After 2 days, an issue completely unrelated to his installation of a product failed, and although it had nothing to do with him, he came back when I reached out, despite being very busy, to reinstall the replacement product at no charge. He stepped up and really helped a lot super fast.

This further wowed me about him as these days, this is not how many companies do business. I highly recommend him and am very happy to have a plumber to call on for all issues. I hope this reviews helps.

Review Yelp Roger Prince plumber

This week was apparently the worst time to have a plumbing issue as everyone else I rang (five others) was swamped and couldn't come out for days. I first learned of Roger's Plumbing Prince thru several great reviews on NextDoor and then I went ahead and read the stellar reviews he has on Yelp. I can concur that Roger is a keeper! He was able to snake my kitchen sink--we had a gnarly back up--and also swap out a part and repair one of our toilets that kept running for hours!

Roger is very professional, possesses decades of experience, has a very cool laid back attitude and is funny. He is honest and candid. Believe all the positive reports about his pricing being reasonable and fair. There was no kind of outlandish up-charging which I have found from the last several plumber/servicemen that I've crossed paths within the last three years.

My caution, unease and need to procure a good honourable plumber was a result of my recent experiences. One legit plumber whom used to be reliable suddenly hiked up all his charges after I moved to a larger home which set me off in my search to find his replacement. I asked around and everyone I knew could only refer me to plumbers they've ""settled for"" but knew they were being overcharged.

The first guy kept leaving behind a wake of destruction where I needed to have my contractor repair the damage after he did his ""plumbing"" work. The second guy I can't recall what he did but I didn't feel confident after he repaired my laundry room so I never ring him again. The next plumber whom helped us with an emergency exterior flooding and so as to prevent any future floods from entering the home I requested that he dig up a small trench to install a run-off pipe off the property's hillside and to aid in the channel drain that I designed but he wound up not digging deep enough so this will be something needing to be redone at a later time. He also charged an astronomical fee considering the end result. The next guy I didn't realise was not a licenced plumber but whom overcharged me by $1800 on a job that was not crucial to complete! I can keep going on but I'll stop here.

I'm very happy and pleased that I found Roger and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Any negative reviews I read were so insignificant that I went ahead and rang him anyway and am happy that I did. You can go with Roger aka The Plumbing Prince with confidence!

I had a slab leak which Greg at American Leak detection was able to define (he was great). I then found Roger at the Plumbing Prince to do the repair after Dunbar cancelled the job at the very last minute. Roger was beyond awesome (and so happy I went with him instead of Dunbar!). He was prompt, provided great response time in communication, cleaned up after he was done, but more importantly, he was knowledgeable and provided a competitive rate. My leak is repaired and it was a big job which he did in one full day.
I would not hesitate to use him for any and all my plumbing needs.

Roger is a dying breed--one of the few remaining honest independent plumbers in our area. We recently had a leak, got a quote from another larger company that we've used over the past decade for $9000 to replace drain pipes. Turns out it was just a wax seal on our toilet. Thank god we got a second opinion, problem was resolved immediately and leak stopped (water was literally pouring from our ceiling). I am incredibly grateful to this man, we were two seconds away from blowing our entire vacation budget on a stupid pipe that was perfectly fine. As I'm writing this I realize I'm emoting but this has been a rollercoaster of a day. Bottom line--go with Roger, an honest and experienced plumber who will not rip you off.

Insurance denied my water claim, of course. Roger started helping locate a water issue for me and immediately began helping me to figure what to do. I am a single Mom and he's reliable and helpful. I need to really trust in an issue like this where I am without knowledge and I am convinced he will fix this issue as he has done in my other bathroom. I would definitely recommend.
