We had a water leak under toilet tank, called, Plumbing physician and they made time for us as we are in the Lynnwood area. Brought a newer taller toilet with a smaller tank, all fixed. No leaks, sealed and made bathroom look newer in an older home.

also they noticed our faucet was loose tightened that and added new pop up drain. We had recently changed sink faucet but didn't know how to change out drain.

They did such a clean and neat job, taking out the old and bringing in the new!

Brad and family are top notch. I hired them to repipe my house last spring and then install the trim once our renovation was completed. These guys are true professionals and meticulous in their work as well as customer service oriented. Of the three quotes that I got, theirs was highest but I have no doubt that they did a better job than others would have done and they didn't cut any corners or try to add on additional cost after they started the job.

Once we got to later stages of our renovation we noticed that Brad thought ahead and planned everything carefully for the trim to go Iater.

They were also very respectful and pleasant to have working in my home.

Before finding these guys I had 3 different plumbers come out and none of them would go down into my crawl space. I needed to replace plumbing in my master bath and kitchen. They all have me exorbitant estimates and wouldn't even look at the full scope of the project. I was so frustrated I Googled ""plumbers not afraid of crawl spaces"". The Plumbing Physician popped up as specializing in re-piping and crawl spaces. I was so excited, I called right away. When Brad came out he did not hesitate to jump right in the crawl space! He gave me a very fair estimate. They showed up to do the job in time, kept my place clean and got done on budget! Not only that but they took every opportunity to avoid putting holes in the walls that would require more construction costs. This family business is amazing! Our house is around 50 years old and still had many of the original galvanized piping, which was starting to corrode and leak. Brad and his assistant Brent did a great job repiping and replumbing our house. They even installed new fixtures for our sinks, showers, and tubs. Brad and Brent went above and beyond what I asked for and all at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend the Plumbing Physician for any repiping job that you need.

Brad and his assistant did a complete replacement of our water heater to a tankless unit by Navien. Included in his (very reasonable) bid was the tankless unit, retrofitting gas lines and installing a laundry tub in our garage where the prior water heater was located. While he was here he also checked for a leak in my hall bath and reinstalled my master toilet (the guys who repaired my flooring did a pretty mediocre job and it hasn't flushed properly in the five years since...until Brad came along.) His quote was right where it should be and the final product is outstanding. He explained everything he'd done and answered any questions I had. His business practice is exactly down-the-line of how it should be done. I can't recommend him enough.

On the strength of Yelp's and Puget Sound Consumer Checkbook's reviews, we hired Brad to replace our electric tank water heater with a gas tankless model and install a natural gas line to our BBQ on our back deck. His quote was right in line with other recommended places. Scheduled us right away. And his work was top notch.
