I think I just found my favorite plumbing company. I've tried several. I had a clogged bathroom drain. First I was pleasantly surprised to get same day service. The crew that came evaluated the situation and gave me two solutions. Option 1 was a maybe solution, the simplest and least expensive if that didn't work option 2 and a more costly solution. Thankfully option 1 worked. I didn't feel like their objective was to make the most money. I will definitely be calling them again.

I had a leaking valve and faucet on my kitchen sink. I called and left a message and they called back within an hour and put me on the schedule the very next business day. The technicians that came out were very professional and were straightforward with what needed to be done. The arrived earlier than scheduled with a courtesy call before and were finished the job in under 2 hours. The cost was reasonable and affordable and they don't charge you for coming out to just look at it for a quote. I will use them for any other plumbing needs and will recommend them to everyone!

The main drain in our kitchen was pouring water under our house when we used the sink or dishwasher. It wasn't an emergency, we just couldn't use our kitchen. We called The Plumbing Officials on Monday morning and they scheduled us for Friday. Within about an hour, they called us back and said they could come immediately. We had them replace the kitchen waste pipe and reroute the piping under the sink. They did a fantastic job! They were friendly, courteous, diligent, and professional. I will hire them again without hesitation. They deserve all 5 stars.

We had a mystery leak in our primary shower that required replacing the shower basin / pan and relaying tile in shower and bathroom floor. The Plumbing Officials responded quickly the same day to an emergency basement drain backup and were careful about explaining the follow up work I would need in the future to preserve the integrity of my drain. They worked thoroughly and efficiently with friendly and considerate service. When the work was finished I was shown a very clear video of my drain line that was then emailed to me so that I could download on my own. They also wore masks indoors which I appreciated. This company was wonderful and I would definitely use again. Also payment was digital, swift and easy- I was able to use Paypal which I enjoyed. Great work.
