Hallelujah!!!! If I can give The Plumbing Ministry a THOUSAND STARS it would still not be enough to show my gratitude to Louis for taking care of my sticky situation with a sewer lateral problem I was having at my Oakland apartment building. Louis came out, determined what was needed, got back to me promptly, and finished the job against great odds. Louis and his workers went way beyond the call of duty to finish my job. I am not exaggerating in the slightest when I say this. I found Louis to be extremely professional, honest and hard working. Don't waste your time calling other outfits who will take every opportunity to take advantage of you in your hour of need by overcharging you. You are in great hands with Louis and The Plumbing Ministry!!! Can I get an Amen? Amen!!!!!

I only give them one star because zero stars are not acceptable. They did a job for me last week in fixing a sewer lateral. Since I am in Florida and the work is in California a few days lapse in communication especially consider weekends. I promptly sent my deposit to begin the work when an invoice was received via email. I promptly sent the balance when the email and invoice was received after completion. we recently had to have new pipe put in underneath our floor downstairs to the bathroom as well as the sewer lateral outside which involved digging an 11 foot hole in our backyard!! The plumbing technicians did great work and handled every aspect of the job including cleaning up the debris and communicating with our neighbor for part of the time. Highly recommend. The quote was precise and the job cost what they said it would, passed inspections and so far so good!!

They came out and did a trenchless estimate in Lafayette. Supposed to be emailed at end of day. Two weeks and two emails later asking politely for an estimate, then a simple yes or no. Nothing, Never heard a word. Waste of time. I don't know why they bothered. or why I did.

I hired the Plumbing Ministry to do a sewer lateral pressure test. Silverio and Cesar were very informative, knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Silverio worked really hard and dug out a deep hole to reach the sewer pipe. I haven't seen many people work as hard as Silverio and this guy should get a big raise for his hard work! They both did a nice clean job and even added a 'clean out' which is great to have. The pressure test did pass inspection from EBMUD. I'm a very happy customer and would recommend these guys to anytime for sewer work.

I contracted with the Plumbing Ministry for my daughter's house which needed a private sewer lateral and their quote was the most comprehensive and included all contingencies.

The work was done promptly, professionally and competently but our surprise was that the foreman informed us that it was way less than their forecast and we should get a discount.

We were shocked to learn that the discount was nearly $10,000! Such honest and integrity is rare these days. I'd choose the Plumbing Ministry in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly refer them to my friends and neighbors.

Plumbing specialists can be really hit and miss. We chose Plumbing ministry because they have a great reputation in the east bay. And come highly recommended.

We had a plumbing person come once and they simply didn't fix our clogged sewer main and after scheduling for them to come out again simply said they wouldn't come back!

Our basement toilet and shower were backed up and raw sewage had spilled into the Bathroom twice. And my baby sleeps in that room. This was a real emergency that needed attention asap.

Plumbing ministry was fast and more responsive than any roto rooter or rescue rooter company.

So plumbing ministry came to the rescue. I called them at 4pm and they were here by 6pm the same day. They were friendly, and efficient and snaked our line and explained the problem and our options for proper maintenance.

I've known Louis for several years now but he's never done any work for me. I didn't have his number and He didn't know it was me initially and responded promptly with his available times. Once we confirmed a time he was there, and early. After I showed him the issue with the gas leak problem I had he said he would let me know. He gave me an estimate the same day and details the next day. On top of that he and his crew was able to also start and finish work the next day. We needed PGE to turn the gas back on the same day so Louis can confirm everything was working properly.

Fast, professional and excellent work.
