Also addressed an issue with my shower and bath faucet. Service provided was professional and with demonstrated expertise. Service ""Tech"" was courteous, friendly and accommodating of my schedule. Would highly recommend this company!

Pretty typical run around stuff. Extending a project for weeks and it never gets done. Got some initial direction at the start but they kind of abandoned ship. They also quoted me $400 to take the washing machine out of the utility closet, which cmon, really?

This company is the worst. Do not hired them for any reason...especially through your home warranty. My hot water heater is not pushing out hot water like it should. I've already had this hot water heater serviced in 2020 and the last company told me to call them back if something goes wrong. Well I didn't have the money and Covid happened so I kinda got use to taking quick showers being as though the water gets cold fast. So fast forward I am now able to get the work done. I called my warranty company and they connected me with this ghetto company. The guy comes to my house and he said he found the issue but had to order parts. The next week the parts came and he was scheduled to come back. Once he replaced what he thought was the problem I waited a day to take a shower just to give the tank time to build the heat back up. The next morning I took a shower. It was nice and hot. While I'm showering I can feel it getting cold so I'm rushing to wash off a second time before I'm in the North Pole and get out just in time. The water was freezing so I called the company back. I'm trying to explain to them that the water might start out hot but it quickly gets cold. The lady told me to call the warranty company back and she'd go ahead and add me to the schedule. The schedule was supposed to be from 9am to 4:30pm. Around 8pm I'm Texting him asking if he was still coming. He informed me that the house he was at took longer than normal and that he would be over shortly. Needless to say I get a text after 10:18pm ""is it still ok to come"" and I started to text him ""no it's not"" but my phone rungs and it was him. He was apologizing and still asking can he come. I said no because it's too late. I don't need any strange men in my house that late at night doing work. I told him to go and enjoy his weekend and I can wait til Monday. Well he came back Monday and went to run the water in the faucet to check to see if it's hot. Then he went and wrote in his report that it was fixed. I have video footage for everything that he did because my home is laced with cameras. He never ran the shower as if one is taking a shower to see how long it runs before it gets cold. He never did that. Now my home warranty will not fix my unit because of what this company said. They lied because he was too lazy to run the shower to see how long the water would stay hot. I can't even wash clothes and take a shower at the same time. When I wash I have to either take my shower before I get started or after I finish washing clothes and allow the water to regain its heat. This company is the worst. I wouldn't recommend my pet elbow to do anything with them. They don't have good etiquette. One lady answers and she was helpful until she wasn't. They are all probably working together get folks money. They will probably be nice after reading this because I'm sure they would like to make me out of a liar but I have nothing to gain from lying about them. After the warranty company denied me I tried to call them back and they will not answer or call back. Im sure it's because of what I had to say to them before I ended my conversation with them. Needless to say I immediately cancelled my service with my warranty company (HMS/Cinch) and switched to a better company. If you are looking for a new heating and air company please look beyond these folks. You will be highly disappointed. They take your deposit and give you crappy service. Beware.

Excellent! Plumbing Legends replaced our water heater. They have excellent workmanship, great customer service and they are quick, trustworthy and reliable. Call them, you won't be sorry. And, their prices are reasonable. We will definitely use them again!
