My hot water heater finally failed after 17yrs, went to yelp for a quote. Sam from The Plumbing House reached out via email and promptly answered my call. As we discussed my situation, I asked Sam if he could come to my house that day since I was off from work. Even though his day was booked with jobs, he made time to drive over that day and provided a quote. He was professional, gracious and extremely willing to work with my schedule to get the job done. He and and his partner Dzenan arrived to my house on time and proceeded to complete my hot water installation professionally and timely. They even had to run to Home Depot to get a part to complete the installation. I only paid was was quoted and not a dime more. This small business does it it right! I am totally satisfied with their professionalism and work ethic and highly recommend them!

Sam and Dzenan replaced a water heater in our linen closet. They are knowledgeable, efficient, competent, and competitively priced. Although the water heater was located in an awkward location they figured out how to remove and install the new unit with no problems. I would not hesitate using them again.

Sam and his partner helped us fix the gas line to our stove. They were prompt, communicative, helpful, and friendly. The first time around they found a missing part which was a safety issue. Once we got the part, the stove needed more work because the pipe diameters were unmatched. They came back in and fixed it free of charge since this was a continuation of the previous task and we greatly appreciated it. They also cleaned the stove and all neighbouring surfaces after they were done. All in all, we were very happy with their service and we will continue to rely on them if any other plumbing tasks come up.
