My first interaction started with Shawna, who was friendly, responsive, and informative. We exchanged emails so I could explain what work we were trying to get done (from a house inspection report); again, she was quickly responsive. I let her know we were also looking to do additional work and she shared a list of referral sources that I could reach out to for those other projects (I've also used one of those and they were great!) She got Dustin out to the house quickly to take a look at the work that needed to be done and they got us a quick quote. We got Dustin out quickly to get that work done; he was quick, friendly, helpful, and informative. The cost for the work that was done was at a great price! He was also able to save us ~$100 to do the work a little differently but with the same effect. I never felt like I was being 'upselled', which I super appreciated. All my interactions with them have been done well, and we're happy! I plan to use them in the future. I would highly recommend Shawna, Dustin, and The Plumbing Guys.

I have used the Plumbing Guys in the past and was very pleased with their service, knowledge and, pricing. I Called them recently to have some major plumbing work done, no one answers the phone, fine. No one returns your call, I left two messages. So I tried on-line, Shawna responded right away, we talked back and forth she sent -------- out. I will be nice and not say his name. Very nice man, told me he would get back to me with an estimate. I never heard back from him. I reached out to Shawna to find out about the estimate and to let her know I was waiting and needing to line things up. I was ghoasted by her. I gave them almost 3 faluable weeks, before I had to move on, that was back in February and I still have not heard from them. I know they must be slammed like everyone else, but please do not leave people hanging. Just let them know you can't get to them or do not want to do their project. I really wanted to stay local in my town and give these guys by business. Bummed they lost it!

I was in need of a licensed professional plumber to install a new dishwasher, due to warranty and insurance purposes. I called a couple other places and was quoted cost dates and times that didn't meet my required time line. The Plumbing Guys are exceptional in professionalism, timeliness and cost! I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again. They are a Veteran owned business, a bonus bit of information that I found out while the install was taking place.

Dustin came to do a camera inspection of our sewer pipe. Our plumbing is old and weird and the camera couldn't physically go around all the angles in the pipes under the house, but Dustin kept trying different approaches. He finally said we'd have to dig and create a new sewer clean out. So we'll have that done, but he didn't charge very much for all that work he went to. He was so polite and worked really hard. Thanks Dustin and The Plumbing Guys!

I respect people who understand and do plumbing work. It's a tough job, and requires going into people's homes -- even worse, these are people who are upset by something unexpectedly broken, and they have jobs and families to take care of, and may or may not have the time or money to deal with a water emergency.

I can tell The Plumbing Guys also respected us. They came promptly, when they said they would: 9:00 AM. If masks are important to you, the guy even wore a mask -- an N95, which I respect as they are often working in some crappy places (no pun intended) with odd fumes anyway.

And unlike CPI Plumbing (which my husband called first), he understood immediately how to turn off our water main, and even explained to us where the shut off is. I respect that. It's important to know these things in case of emergencies, natural disasters, etc etc.

Unlike, CPI Plumbing (which charged us $75.62 for just coming out there and not doing anything, not even telling us what was wrong, but proposing to make us pay $1300 for the repair. For chrissakes, it was just a worn out cartridge for the shower tub faucet, people! I'm not even a plumber, and I knew what was wrong.) It cost more for CPI's stupid ""dispatch"" than it does for the shower faucet part), The Plumbing Guys HAD the part on their truck and fixed it in less than 30 minutes.

People don't hire plumbers for small talk or deep conversation. That was all the CPI Plumbing guy did, when he came out. He lied about not having parts, asked me how to pronounce my name which I absolutely hate and was completely unnecessary, and even said, ""I'm sorry this happened to you."" Bull feces.

Whereas, The Plumbing Guys just FIXED the problem, so that we could all go back to doing our jobs, unlike CPI Plumbing.

Local plumbers couldn't solve our flooding problem. So I called the plumbing guys, they came out the next day. Their tech Aaron was knowledgeable and professional he fixed my problem quickly and for a reasonable price. I recommend them to everyone!
