Needed these guys to come out and help us out with a problem we had, and we scheduled a appointment, the guy shows up late then sits in his van for 10 minutes and leaves no call no reason, pathetic customer service and company! I will never recommend this circus of a company to anyone.

We have used them in the past from stopped drains to water heater replacement. Louie & his team are professional & knowledgable. They communicate In a timely manner. We had 3 issues today that they addressed, slow toilet, shower dripping, 2 under sink valves needed replaced. They were here about an hour and fixed all but Moen shower as it needs a new handle...Louie explained the old handle set screw was corroded so bad it could not be removed & will need to cut off which he won't do until he has new handle in hand. I reached out to them for a water leak , they showed up charged me for a free estimate (2 stars because they showed up) and I paid because I was desperate and thought they would fix it based off of these reviews. They stated they would call me the next day for the ETA and cost of my repairs 1 week later I still have not received a phone call back. I actually called someone else the next day and fixed it the following after The plumbing guys told me parts were hard to find, that is the reason why they couldn't fix it until week or so later.
