I reached out to them for a water leak , they showed up charged me for a free estimate (2 stars because they showed up) and I paid because I was desperate and thought they would fix it based off of these reviews. They stated they would call me the next day for the ETA and cost of my repairs 1 week later I still have not received a phone call back. I actually called someone else the next day and fixed it the following after The plumbing guys told me parts were hard to find, that is the reason why they couldn't fix it until week or so later.

Paul has been out to fix a kitchen sink issue in my rental next-door and then again a month later to replace seal with a toilet issue that was actually leaking through the wall to the outside of the house. He took care of everything efficiently and spent a lot of time here making sure the leak was repaired. I am really I'm pressed with the time spent and concern to get the issues fixed with the least amount of expense. The Plumbing Guys are honest and reliable. I will definitely be calling them for all my plumbing needs in the future. I'm so glad I found them!

FYI - these guys are super honest and very nice. I had them out last week because my water main didn't have a handle. They could've easily installed a new valve for at least around $150, but instead they led me to a solution that cost $0 and I could do myself. They came out and helped me for nothing and were super cool about it. That is a rare quality these days. I will have some plumbing needs coming up in the future and I will definitely be using The Plumbing Guys.
