We had the house main water valve break in our garage outta the blue and within a couple of hours Louis and Carlos were there, the problem was fixed perfectly to my husband's demanding standards, and we now have a new plumber! After finding that I had a drain leak, I contacted the Plumbing Guys via Yelp. Louie responded immediately and gave me a quote after sending him a photo of the leak. Louie gave me an estimated time of arrival, and showed up on time with a phone call to let me know he was on the way. He and his crew-member showed up in nicely equipped vans. Louie gave me an honest opinion of the leak, where I know others would have tried to elevate the diagnosis and price. Louie also replaced my kitchen faucet while at my house and never overcharged me for anything. Very professional, relatable, and very honest. I definitely will call The Plumbing Guys again for any plumbing problem in the future.

I called to schedule service and was confirmed that they would be at my house between 8-10 they never showed up. I had to text and check if he was coming but from the text I can tell that they had completely forgot about me wasted day off and know I'm having to look and see who could come and help solve my plumbing issue.

They went above and beyond to make sure everything was functioning ok before they left...and it was extremely hot that day. I will 100% call these guys again if I ever need plumbing services.

I wish I could give 10 stars!

All I wanted was to have the main shutoff valve to my house replaced with one that shutoff 100% instead of the ancient gate valve from 1981 when my house was built that never quite shut off completely whenever I needed to work on my own plumbing. This is a job that I could have actually done myself - I did a fair bit of plumbing in years gone by and I'm reasonably competent at it, but for reasons I won't go into, I decided to hire it out.

I got two estimates from nearby plumbers that were outrageously expensive. I was prepared to pay a lot more than it would have cost me to do the job myself, but the first two quotes were just so far over the top! So I was gearing up to do it myself when I stumbled into Lou, the proprieter of the The Plumbing Guys. Lou is a great guy. We reached out a few days ago and this morning one of his employees showed up. i was just expecting to get an estimate for the cost to do the job, but when Paul gave me the estimate, it was so much more in line with my expectations that I invited him to do it on the spot if he had time, and he did.

I'm a very happy camper. Paul did a great job, better than I would have done if I had done it myself. It was worth paying to have him do the work. And it was so much more reasonably priced than the first two quotes I received. Lesson learned: even though The Plumbing Guys are based outside of my town, they are willing to travel and they work much more reasonably priced than some of their local competition, and they are very congenial people to deal with. I can't commend them enough to anyone looking for a plumber in Murrieta or nearby areas.
