Had a major blockage in my pipes and needed it cleared asap. Called just after 8am and they had someone come almost immediately. Tom showed up just about 9am (they estimated between 9 and 10)- so it was a good surprise. He was very nice and didn't seem to mind all my questions. He explained what he was doing, gave me tips and advice, and even some recommendations of what could be done in the future to prevent costly work. Most of all, he didn't try to up sell me on things I didn't need. The only negative (which was in no way his or the company's fault) was that my bathroom floor got a little damaged. One tip he gave me... you don't need to caulk around the toilet. In fact, it can actually be bad- because if it is done very well, it could actually mask a underside leak from a loose wax ring and cause considerable floor damage! Good to know!

From start to finish, a perfect experience. I needed my parents water heater replaced, it was 2pm in the afternoon. I called so many places that insisted they send out someone for an estimate, one place even answered the phone with ""how may I make you smile today"" and then wouldn't provide an estimate over the phone. Aaron at The Plumbing Guys, answered on the second ring, gave a fair quote, $1,100 to replace the 40 gallon water heater, provide the new one, and haul away the old. That is a correct and fair price. So many places wanted to gouge my parents and charge up to $2,000. Aaron promised his plumbers would arrive between 4:30 and 5:30pm. They arrived at 4:11. Awesome! Their truck was clean, they were organized, efficient, polite and clearly expert. My parents felt well cared for. I was so pleased they delivered on their promise. One call, got it taken care of, asap. This is how you do business. I would and will hire Aaron and his crews again and again.

I just wanted to help my daughter today who is so busy and has a hard time getting things done. I called several plumbing companies to simply help clear up the bathtub. Four companies wanted to put me off until next week. I called The Plumbing Guys and they sent someone out right away. Tom showed up. He not only fixed my daughters clogged bathtub, but also found that the thingy that helps to drain the tub was broken and fixed it very simply and cheaply with no hassle. Oh! before he left he even cleaned up the mess in the bathtub. It was cleaner then than when he showed up. These people are great. I would highly recommend the to whoever needs some plumbing done.

Excellent work done by Tom. Had an issue with drain block in my home which is over 50 years old. He had done an excellent job cleaning up the block. The work was much more complicated than initial estimate but he was very patient for more than 3 hours to fix the clog. Multiple times i thought he will give up and go, rather he was persistently trying different options to solve the issue. On top he did not even charge more than initial estimate. Highly recommend Tom for any plumbing work.
