I have to say that extra star is for you. Your on-site investigator did very little attempt to give a fair estimate, and even the before-shovel estimate is way higher than an alternative I end-up using.

Anyway. I appreciate your comment. Responding to yelp-review is a good thing and please keep it up!

I called in and asked for a quote. The good part is the customer rep Aaron S. did a wonderful job, very responsive. However, the person who went on to gave me the quote, a on-site plumber, gave me a quote of 800 - 1000 dollars for what another company later worked for 200 bucks. In addition, the on-site plumber mention investigation for estimate takes 400-500 bucks, and fixing it takes another 400-500 bucks yet didn't identify much of the problem. In combination, I would gave it a 2 star: I'd rather not use them if I have other option.

No show for our appointment, which was confirmed, leaving me stuck. I have a guest coming tomorrow who can't use the guest room shower.

No show for my appointment. He called after the scheduled appt to reschedule 2 hours later, the he still failed to show up. I cancelled and went with Bailey Plumbing.

I called these guys to do some pipe work. I gave them three chances rescheduling as their plumber called in sick. I tried to be understanding but All times were a no show and with the last reschedule, they did not show up or call for another reschedule. I since then called a different plumber who showed up the same day and did the work.

I don't recommend these guys.

Good work when they show up. They replaced my water main a year or so ago - which is why I called them again to hopefully do something that I frankly likely could have done (replace a toilet valve system) - I just didn't have the time to do it. Should have gone that route as I spent waaay more time at home waiting for them to show up or update me on expected times. After 8-10 reschedules I finally just cancelled on them. My advice would be: if calling them ask how busy they are. If they say they're somewhat busy, go elsewhere. If they reschedule on you 1 time, just cancel and get someone else. Very sad to give a meh review to these folks as I said, I liked their past work.

Zero stars. My mom had her mobile home repiped. Switched from pex to copper. Now we get horrible water pressure and when you use more then one faucet or shower it changes the temp. We had them come back out to look at what is going on and they said the guys to did the work did the hole back of the mobile home in the wrong size pipe. They put half inch copper pipe when it was sapossed to be 3/4.
I cant believe these guys messed up like that.
They have horrible customer service skills and no communication skills at all. Worst Plumbing company ever. My mom regrets hiring them and is not happy or comfortable with the work.

Alex was a tremendous help fixing our toilet. he was able to diagnose the problem well compared to the other plumbers that checked it out before. Thank you Alex the plumbing guy!

The guy rang our door bell. My house is a 2 story and I was in the bathroom...so it took me at most about 10 seconds (we'll put this at 15 seconds) before I opened the door. About a few feet before I opened the door, he knocked, correction (banged) my door really, really loud. My wife was kind of startled. When I opened the door, I asked him why he needed to bang my door. He was so arrogant when he answered me and told me, he already rang the doorbell (his expression was not even apologetic - wide eyed and ready to fight). I told him it was just a few seconds and he already banged my door. He responded - ""Well, do you want me to leave."" I said - ""Yes, and don't come back anymore.""
Talk about rudeness and arrogance.

I had the plumbing guys come out due to root issues in our Main line. We know it needs to be fixed eventually, but we just don't have the money at the moment. They came out on 10/23 cleared out our main line and the tub was draining fine after that. On 11/18 the problem happened again not even 30 days after they had original came out. I called to schedule for the them to come out Wednesday 11/20 and asked if there was any warranty due to it no even being 30 days. The owner texted back and we schedule for 5-6. I then texted at 5:55 asking if someone is still coming out and was told they had an emergency and the tech got held up, I get things happen and rescheduled for Friday at 9. It is now 10:30 and no one has showed up at the house. Another thing that upset me is there is no warranty for the first time they came but Aaron said they would give us 60 day warranty after we pay another 150 to get it cleaned out again.

They scheduled me today, the same day that I called. Albert came over this evening. He was very courteous, put protectors over his shoes and looked over the job. He quoted me a price, but then suggested how I could take care of the problem myself. I can't believe how easy it was to take care of. Thanks Plumbing Guys.
