John and Daniel came out today and repaired a faulty toilet installation. They were quick and professional and showed up exactly at the appointed time. Both are extremely knowledgeable. I will be calling them for all my future plumbing needs.

Daniel and John did a fabulous job replacing my water heater and retrofitting the pipes and water regulator. Daniel came over after hours on a Friday night when my old water heater started spewing water all over the garage. He gave me the bad news, and the solution. Not only did the water heater need to be replaced, but new pipes had to be put in to carry the water outside of the house in case there was another malfunction. Their work is excellent.

Can't say enough superlatives about The Plumbing Factory and John (Owner) and his team. Clearly John is a step above others in terms of the quality of his work and what he demands from his team. I had John (and Team) do several (what I consider) fairly large projects in the last few months on my parent's house from repairing other plumber's work to recently installing a tankless water heater. I believe repeat business says a WHOLE LOT about a company. I think none of us would use the same company numerous times if their work was suspect or had a 'bad vibe' about them. Lol!

John and his team can be counted upon to respond to those late Sunday night water leak calls to an afternoon call on no hot water (someone unplugged the tankless water heater). His prices are competitive with a nod to standing behind all of his work. There may be less expensive plumbers, but as you know, caveat emptor. :) Would highly recommend you at least give The Plumbing Factory a call and compare with other competitors. With that said, I'm sure you will see how John and his team stands-out from the competition in both the quality of their work and knowing what customer service really means.

I was really impressed with the work done by Daniel and Louis. They showed up early, were honest, fast and clean. They can fix problems both large and small. The Axxess deal was great too. I'd definitely recommend them.

Called and spoke with John. Met Louie at my house a few hours later. Louie was very professional and helpful. Unclogged the drain quickly. Everything went smoothly. Will be investing in a $5 hair strainer to avoid needing a plumber again, but will gladly recommend The Plumbing Factory.

This company is really great - I would (and have) recommend them to anyone and everyone. We had them do a pretty tricky installation of a hot/cold water dispense in our kitchen and a new kitchen faucet. Unbeknownst to us, they identified a problem with the faucet and had us return it to the place we bought it because the hose was not American standard size - the hose size was in centimeters rather than in inches and the connections would not have been as tight. (The company shouldn't even have sold us something in a metric size!) They were SO nice about coming back right away so that we could get the kitchen faucet functioning again. They also take the Axxess card, which saved us 20% since it was our first time using them.

They were super professional, easy to work with, and so very knowlegeable and efficient. I would not hesitate to call them again. We have used other plumbers, but these guys are the BEST! Also, they put on paper booties before coming into the house - and put down mats everywhere they're working to keep everything very clean and tidy!

After years of searching and trying other plumbing companies, I called The Plumbing Factory this morning when I had an emergency. They gave me a window of 1 pm - 3 pm, and showed up at 12:30. What kind of plumber comes early? The kind of plumber I will call again and recommend to all my friends. Daniel and John found the problem quickly, fixed it efficiently, and charged a very fair price.
