Dave R.I live out of state and have a rental house in Macomb County. The tenants called me and said the hot water heater went out.
I found Expert Plumbing online, told them what the deal was. I received an estimate over the phone and decided to go with it. The next day they went and replace the hot water heater.
I spoke with the tenants and they said it went great. There was no mess and they cleaned up what needed to be removed.
The bill was actually a little less then the quote. Hopefully I wont need them again. I would recommend them for sure.
