I would like to say thankyou to Mr. Addan he came out to my home and diagnosed the leak that was coming from the tub-spout in the guest bathroom he was very knowledgeable explained that the tub-spout needed seal and it should be ready to operate I would definitely recommend Addan and the plumbing and drain company they are awesome.

I made an appointment yesterday for 11am today, 2 hour. They said I would be called by the Tech when en route. It is 11:30am and I had to call to find out what is going on.
The person who answered said their Tech is a little delayed and probably won't arrive until 1pm. 2 hours is not a little late. A flight delayed 2 hours on the tarmac is not a little delayed.
Not even a courtesy call to see if such a delay was a problem which I might need to reschedule.
I had a career as a Project Manager, and my boss would have handed me my A-- for blowing it like this. When a task goes sideways, it is the responsibility of management to 'manage the situation' when not going smoothly.
My day is being held hostage by over-booking, or reckless incompetence.
This is a common problem, according to other reviews. Management is paying themselves too well for poor performance. And several other glowing reviews look like the generic boilerplate used by the 2016-2018 scandal of ""pay for reviews""

Called to schedule a plumbing inspection for a condo unit and to get a pricing quote. They said the inspection was free and we would only be charged if work was done.
First appointment: They were supposed to arrive between 11am and 1pm. They did not. I had to reschedule.
Second appointment: They were supposed to arrive between 11am and 1pm. They did not. I had to reschedule. They said to reschedule for the first appointment of the day so they would be on time. This would have been good to know when I first scheduled rather than after waiting four hours.
Talked to the staff, who did not care about any annoyance, inconvenience or hardship that I was caused. They also tried to blame on on me, saying I had a ""narrow available window."" No, I was available the window you assigned me, I just couldn't stay past that. All they had to do was tell me ahead of time to set aside additional time (like plan for 11-5 rather than 11-1) but they didn't. It wouldn't have been that hard for them to tell me to reserve a four hour window and we would've been done in less time.
Today: They showed up, did the inspection. It was fine. They then charged me $180. This wouldn't have been a big deal - I don't mind paying for services rendered - but again, COMMUNICATION. Don't tell me it is free when it isn't.
The least they could have done was given me a discount for screwing up so much. Or apologized
Or pretend they cared at all, even a little bit.
I would recommend using a different company.

For a simple drain cleaning which finished in less than 15mins the plumbing and drain company charged me $509. Do we really know the value of this amount or we just greed enough to charge any amount to customers. I wish I had seen the reviews from other customers here before booking an appointment with them.
When tried to enquire about this costly charge the response from them was a blatant ""Our drain cleaning prices are set, not billed per hour without extenuating circumstances"".
Oh seriously? if this is what their price chart looks I highly recommend for anyone to better look for alternate service providers and never look at these greedy company for any service.

No consideration for a person's time. I've lost two days waiting for a tech from this company. I understand sometimes things happen, but TWICE in a row for the SAME reason and to not notify me either time until well into the afternoon is unacceptable. Last week the office called me at 2pm to say no one would come to my house that day because too many techs were out sick. I was rescheduled to today between 1pm and 3pm. The office called me at 2:30pm to cancel AGAIN. Same excuse as last week. I'd expect the office to know their staffing level at the start of the day - especially since they've had this staffing problem for at least a week, but they wait until afternoon to tell me they aren't coming. I'm moving on to a different company.

Just want to put another review here because I got a response on yelp, but that person never talked to me in person.
Do not use this company, they sent out a plumber that stole from us. The company took basically no action. Under no circumstances would I hire this company, let alone let one of them in my house again.

Very poor experience today. Contacted this company to install a hot water heater in an apartment. Set the date for today and agreed to supply the tank. A young man came out to install and took a look and emailed me a quote for about 1100.00 to install. I approved and thought he had gone to work. I was mistaken. An hour or so later a man named Sam showed up at my office and said he was the supervisor for the plumbing company and that they had no way to shut the power off to the tank. I told him where the breaker was located and he said he had already found the breakers, tried all the double breakers and none of them shut the power off to the tank. I called a maintenance technician and he went over and showed him the breakers and shut off the power to the tank. Shortly after, the installer called me to ask me to sign the estimate he had emailed me. I asked him if he was now working on the tank and he said they were deciding if they were going to do it or not. I asked what the problem was and he said it was the breakers. They should be a double pull, but instead, they were two single pulls. I have never had a problem like this so I questioned what difference it makes to him. He put Sam (supervisor) back on the phone and Sam explained that this breaker situation was wrong and he didn't want to mess with it. I kept telling him it has been inspected by the Fire Dept and has never been a problem, and that I would have my maintenance guy turn the power off and back on but he said it was their liability and he didn't want to do it. What a waste of time! I was furious! Why even set the appointment if you're not going to perform the work? Why don't you ask when I call in about the breakers if that is going to be a deal breaker? Why waste my time (and yours) spending over two hours accomplishing nothing? By the way, I checked with an electrical company. It is NOT wrong to have two single pulls on a 240 breaker. Current code calls for a double pull BUT older buildings (like ours) are compliant and safe with the single pulls. Sam needs to learn some electrical if he is going to spout off about what is right and wrong. End result - Called another plumber who was able to fit me in same day at a better price and guess what?! Had no problem with the single pulls, never even mentioned it. They were happy to make the money The Plumbing & Drain Company didn't want.

My HOA hired The Plumbing and Drain Company to change out our water meters, and they did a great job - particularly Will. Will was punctual, professional and friendly throughout the entire process. Would recommend asking for Will if you ever use this service.

I had a recent plumbing problem and can't praise The Plumbing & Drain Company enough and particularly Jacob who came to my condo in Seattle and was the epitome of honest, thorough, and effective professional service. He was exceedingly careful in my home and explained everything he was doing. He answered my questions directly and was straight with me regarding the issue. I have found my plumber for life!

If I ever owned my own plumbing and drain company, I would not charge a flat rate of $680 labor for every water heater replacement service. I would not charge you $170/hour because I can't think of any job out there that deserves this amount considering how so many millions of hard working people struggle to make that much in an entire day. I would not find a way to charge you $1080 above the cost of a water heater, and tell you that this includes the $680 of flat rate labor, plus another $400 of miscellaneous parts and up-charges, on top of a $145 urgent service call fee. Your $1080 would be important to me, because I know how hard these days and times are, Covid or no Covid, and I wouldn't feel right accepting this much money when at the end of the day I know it's really an overcharge because of greed. I know how to use my watch and could bring your invoice to a much more reasonable hourly rate for labor and for exactly the number of hours my technician provided you service.
Why would I do this?! It's a simple answer, really. It's because I want to sleep well at night. I can actually relate to you as a hard working Seattleite, and have a conscience that makes me think about the hundreds of homes my company services each week. I would want to know that each one of them received excellent plumbing service and that not one of them felt that their wallets were exploited just because property management companies refer to us all the time.
The Plumbing and Draining Co, LLC should grow a conscience and start charging more honestly. $1788 for urgent replacement of a water heater that costs $511 at Lowe's? How do they sleep at night? It's an easy observation- greedy owners allow mission-complacency to creep into their career practices once payments and referral contracts become automatic. I bet at one time long ago the original owner felt good about doing the right thing (which is actually their current company motto), but that time was long ago and forgotten by the current ownership and management who need to be called out for the rates that they charge.
