They took two extra days to start the work and once it was done they left a huge mess all over my bedroom, bathroom and front yard. There is no sense of communication between the people in charge, the workers or the clients. I'm still finding out things days later that I should have known in advance. Lastly, the workers said they'd clean up after themselves and, my being eight months pregnant, I was counting on it. They left footboards with nails sticking out just laying around the bathroom and the shower rod with rusty nails hanging out thrown across the floor. They could have at least put the footboards back into the walls but now I'm going to have to do it myself. No one mopped or cleaned any of the mess that they made. I couldn't be more disappointed. I put a call into them this morning about it and it's now 7pm on Friday so I doubt any of this will be resolved.

The first appointment I had set up, they missed and I had to call them myself to reschedule. Their response was a quick ""I'm sorry, I forgot to write it down"" which is unacceptable as my request was electroncally made on homeadvisor.com as well as over the phone when they called shorty after. The apology was evidently not sincere, as they were unable to make the next appointment on time when we rescheduled. At least they had the decency to call me before I wasted another day for nothing, but I cannot recommend their services as there was no compensation given to me during our second phonecall either, other than another insincere apology and reschedule just to go through it all again. This negative review is not based on the quality of their work as I was unable to actually get that far in the process. They may be good, they may not be, but just be ready to potentially lose a couple of days waiting and gaining a couple of headaches in the process if you are considering their services.

Tried to take advantage of us! Told us $2,500!!! But my husband did the research the pump cost us $300. The tech that came out cut our tank alarm cord trying to convince us that it was necessary...it was not! We just wanted the pump replaced. The alarm is whole other entity. Left us with our pump sitting in the yard, smelling and us driving to my mom's to shower and thank God for our neighbors letting us use their bathroom. My husband went on YOUTUBE and figured out how to replace the pump. Called the company to ask them to reimburse us for the alarm tank cord. Big argument...still trying to convince us it was needed. Finally told my husband to buy it and they would reimburse. No calls since and still no reimbursement. Worst service ever! Worst customer service! Who argues with a customer! Usually the customer is the one who argues right? My husband is a VERY calm man and I watched him on the phone with this guy and I could hear the guy trying so hard to convince my husband it was necessary to cut that alarm cord and the service would be $2,500. Said the work would take a long time AND it was 3 techs that came out to our house initially. My husband did it ALONE and my little assistance (holding the flashlight when it got dark outside). I'm writing this review but husband, Jasper Ancrum, is the one who's number I've listed on this review.

I called this company with a plumbing emergency when a pipe burst in my attic. I wrote a check for their services, but the funds were in my other account (with the same bank) and I got so wrapped up with the water damage repairs over the few days that followed, I forgot to transfer the money. They called me at 7:18am the day the check was returned to them (two business days later) to tell me the check hadn't cleared. I did not receive their message until approximately 7:40 that evening. Within 20 minutes of listening to the message, they showed up at my house (knowing that I am a single mom with two small children and no man in the house) demanding cash and threatening to take out a felony warrant against me! Scared the living s@!t out of me...I was shaking and crying when they left. I have reported them to the BBB and Wavy TV 10!!
