I highly recommend the plumbing doc.! I called to make an appointment, the time was at 6 pm, however I got a call saying that they had an opening at 12 which was awesome. Isaac and Brando came to help me out. They were extremely nice and professional, did everything fast, and got the job done. I highly recommend to anybody that has a plumbing issue. thanks guys.!

Initial plumber dispatched named Isaac who was sent to replace valve in garage that the washer/dryer are hooked up to and to fix gasket in bath tub, but in the process of doing the repair he broke the valve on the bathtub, then had the audacity to attempt to charge me for the part and the labor. I told him I would only pay for original quote plus the part which I could have fought the company to pay for it. Once my tenant came home and checked what was suppose to b repaired, he advised me that the repairs were incomplete. I called the office and spoke with a very nice lady that answered, explained the issues that I was left with and she assured me that she could send another plumber out the following morning. Plumber sent was Brad, he understood what needed to be done and corrected the problems accordingly, was very friendly and understanding of the situation. I'm please that the job was completed and I plan to do more business with them in the near future. It's not just the mistakes that were made but how it was handled after the fact.

I called Plumbing Doc for a free quote for them to check the leaks in my bathroom sinks, toilets in both bathrooms, stoppers for my bathtub, and the possible leaks in my water heater. I gave their company my house key because I work during the weekdays and they don't open weekends. The plumber told me that my water heater was too old and needed a replacement. He also quoted me a price for the stoppers. He called me after he left and I agreed to those quotes. When I asked him about the bathroom sink leaks, he said he forgot to check and went back to my house. He said there was one leak and that he fixed it. When he came back to replace my water heater and fixed my stoppers, he forgot to check the leaks again. Luckily, he called me while he was there. He said he fixed that leak already and it's no longer leaking. When I came back, to check my bathroom sinks, it was still leaking. Not sure if the plumber really missed it or just did not want to admit that he did not know how to fix it. I did not appreciate that they left their trash in my garage. However, they did a good job with replacing my water heater and fixing the stoppers though. The water heater was securely strapped. Wish they were open on weekends, so I didn't have to take a day off.

Start it all off I was told on the phone that they were to give free estimates and I told them I didn't want him doing anything to it to my hot water heater until we can get up price quote and he gets here he gets one of my balls and screws it on the side and says let me make a call he comes back and says there's nothing we can do I thought there's a hot water heater fixes or whatever and then I get build a hundred and fifty $127 and that's coming out of my 75 year old mothers wallet this man was at my house maybe 5 to 10 minutes at most I told them I did not want any payment today I didn't want you to do any work at all to the machine that would cost me money and because they had a mix-up in their office he said now I got to pay that's not right they mistreat the elderly and they're Liars

We had a leak coming up through our kitchen floors. They came out quick and assessed. They needed to come back the next day with extra equipment to locate the leak but did not charge us for the second day. Very thorough and friendly. Located the leak quickly. They were also amazing with their customer service at their call center. Highly recommend!

The list begins...I had a leaky shower then my sink plug broke then the toilet wouldn't stop running. I called a couple places on Saturday to fix the toilet. One never called back after I left a detailed message regarding my problem. The second was busy and wasn't sure he could get to me that day. No problem. Thanks for being honest. I turned the water off to that toilet and put off calling until Monday.

I read a bunch of reviews from my fabulous fellow Yelpers and decided to call the Plumbing Doc. I called this morning. Got an appt scheduled between noon and 1 and added a water heater flush to my list of fixes. Got a confirmation text for 1 pm, but the guys showed up at 1130...WHAT?! I don't think I've ever been on the early end before.

Toilet, check. Sink, check. Shower, check. Until the shower head shot off and almost killed my plumber. That wasn't even on the list! He offered to go get me a new one. Awesome!

Water heater? Omg! 20 years old. Only supposed to live for 10. Time for a replacement. The guys took care of everything on my list and everything is shiny and new now.

I had a wonderful experience with the plumbing doc. They were the first business that picked up after I called about 8 different businesses, and they luckily accommodated my plumbing emergency in a timely manner. Michael was a great plumber; he answered all my questions and got the problem fixed quickly. It was also reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend these guys!

The family was using the showers one after the other one morning and we slowly realized that our water was running cold. After checking out the water heater and trying to reset the pilot light a few times only for it to keep going off, we realized we needed some help. Given the fact we have teen girls, we needed help ASAP. It was the day before a holiday so we had someone respond and check things. They couldn't fix it without ordering a part or replacing the whole heater, which was really old anyways, so we decided to think on it and not pay holiday rates. We paid our fee for the day and had them respond the following non holiday weekday. The same plumber came out, he was super friendly and brought an assistant to replace our 40 gallon to a 50 gallon slightly more efficient model than our old one. We were really impressed with the timeliness, friendliness, and ease of using this business for our water heater replacement. Prices were pretty reasonable too. Thank you Plumbing Doc!
