Rick Jr and Michael helped us out last minute on Christmas Eve night. They responded within 30 min and were done in an hour. They were professional and knew what tricks to use in order to replace a valve that could have lead to a huge mess with out them. A huge thanks and will use them again in the future on a less emergent fix!

Had some work done , toilets weren't flushing well and sink was leaking. They came in, got everything installed very quickly. Had a minor issue with the toilet install and sink caulking but as soon as I let the owner know he was willing to have someone out that same day. They came back out , got it all sorted.

I can't say enough about the Friendly staff , quality work and amazing customer service. Definitely recommend them for any and all plumbing needs.

Another wonderful experience with this company! Came home from work tonight at 7pm to see our water heater was leaking, gave the plumbing doc a call and they had someone out within the hour. By 9pm on a Saturday night my leak was fixed! Love this company and they were very affordable. Thank you to Savannah the plumber that came out.

I can't say enough good things about the plumbing doc. Last Easter when my water heater sprung a leak they came out quickly and didn't charge me up the ying yang for coming out on a holiday and a weekend, they only charged me the extra rate for coming on a weekend. I was in the process of cooking a large turkey and was stressing out beyond belief when I walked into my garage and saw it flooded, they were out within an hour and seriously turned my day around, I can't thank them enough for their efficiency and quick arrival.

Today, I had them come out to install our new toilet and found out that our line was overrun with roots. Once again they did an amazing job by locating the problem, finding a missing drain cap that had been allowing roots direct access to our water lines, and replacing it. After they left we noticed that the toilet was the slightest bit loose, (this is after6pm), they offered to come back out right away to fit it. This company has had beyond wonderful customer service, answered all my questions when I was trying to figure out what toilet to get, and have just gone above and beyond, thank you so much for all your help!

Called them out to fix a loose spigot on a fiberglass tub. Ricky and Michael came out within an hour, looked at it and got it done. Lifted the tub,I was worried about that, but the were very careful with the tub. tightened the spigot, with new hose, and gaskets. Very good price. Lower than other estimates I called. They were neat, quick, courteous. Checked for leaks after they were finished. I'm a happy!

Sky and Cody came out and gave me several options on fixing my shower and they did the job and saved me a lot of money. Very honest and professional and really worked to solve my problem the cheapest way. Provided fast service and I am happy with the solution and the service from this company! Thank you both!!! Looked thru Yelp Reviews and Google Reviews. 5 stars abound. Read up on owner Rick Clemmons training and background(which were actually extensive).

Rick sent Expert Plumber Cody and his apprentice Skigh to our home. It was a 3 hours job. Not easy. For our home was built early 1960. Lots old style pipes, fittings.

They were very smart and skilled. Did an excellent job. I can say they are very friendly natured. I sense Honesty in everything they did. Price I feel was reasonable. They also needed to get special plumbing parts from a supply house.

I can't say enough how satisfied we were.
Thank you Yelp for helping us find The Plumbing Doc. Like other Yelpers say. They will always be our first and likely only call for any future plumbing work.

This started as a self inflicted wound that needed an expert... I was given a very fair estimate to repair my mistake. The job was completed in the time estimated.

I had a minor complaint about the service I received so I called the Owner (Rick), and explained the issue. He was genuine, sympathetic and eager to help me find a resolve that would make me happy.

I will recommend and use The Plumbing Doc for future plumbing problems.
