Updating since I recently had Mike's team back out to replace a garbage disposal and fix another issue. Same amazing experience. Great folks. Highly recommend Mike and the Plumbing Detectives. The basics, great communication and advice, shows up on time prepared, and professional work with reasonable costs. Whats not to love? I will not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing needs. My new plumber.

My hot water heat died, committed suicide, etc. I called the Plumbing Detectives, and the owner of the company diagnose the problem over the phone, and was at my condo and had fixed the problem less than 24 hours later. I have hot water again! You don't realize how much you love hot water until you don't have it in January. The plumber explained things to me, which I appreciated. I get nervous having strange men in my place, too many Lifetime movies, but he was friendly, not creepy at all, and I'm easily creeped out so well done. The price was on par with everywhere else that had decent reviews so that's good enough. I hope I never have to have any plumbing done again, but if I do I'll call them again.

Jason, the owner, came to our house within a few hours of our call for plumbing help. It was the Monday after Christmas, so it was a holiday week. He was very honest, friendly, and fixed two problems for a competitive price. Our leaky toilet was raising the water bill considerably, and he corrected it using the existing equipment so it kept the cost down. I will call Jason again without a doubt. These are the kind of businessmen you want to succeed!
