My hot water heat died, committed suicide, etc. I called the Plumbing Detectives, and the owner of the company diagnose the problem over the phone, and was at my condo and had fixed the problem less than 24 hours later. I have hot water again! You don't realize how much you love hot water until you don't have it in January. The plumber explained things to me, which I appreciated. I get nervous having strange men in my place, too many Lifetime movies, but he was friendly, not creepy at all, and I'm easily creeped out so well done. The price was on par with everywhere else that had decent reviews so that's good enough. I hope I never have to have any plumbing done again, but if I do I'll call them again.
