A friend in our condominium community recommended this we'll run plumbing contractor. We needed a new faucet replaced/ but the shut off valves under the vanity were frozen. David Brown and his coworker answered my call, and we're here within an hour!!!! He quoted a very fair price, did the (hard) work in an hour, cleaned up perfectly. Here's what I liked: a. Showed up as promised b. Quoted a fair price, and stuck to it c. Cleaned up carefully d. Did an excellent job e. Takes credit cards. I've only been a unit owner for two years. We'll certainly use their services again. Oh, I'm an investor. Quick quality work at reasonable prices. Dave installed 2 toilets, a showerhead, garbage disposal and 2 sinks for us and was thorough, and did fine quality work.
