I have used these guys for over 30 years and let me tell you there's nobody better! I own a hair salon, and you could imagine how many plumbing issues that we have had in those 30 years. Broken faucets, waterheaters, and the latest pedicure chair problems! Every time I call the plumbing company They are fast, reliable, all great guys, and a very, very fair price. I am not the easiest guy to please, and I would recommend the plumbing company of the treasure coast to everybody I know! Thank you for always taking care of me! PS the office staff has always been amazing also.

I would never use again. They were recommended highly to find a sudden leak on kitchen floor. Plumber totally misdiagnosed it as a leaky pipe in the slab. He said the dishwasher was fine. When I got American Leak Detector out they found it was the dishwasher right away. In the meantime, we suffered an additional 3-4 days of flooding and damage between when the plumber came and ADL came. . And on top of everything, when he was trying to find the """"slab"""" leak, he broke through the cement block, which now has to be fixed.

Finding the right plumber when you need one is always a challenging experience, so you want the best service, knowledge, and performance you can get at a fair price. We have lived here over 20 years and have found these guys to be the best in the area by far. They are prompt, polite, professional and fair. We know that if we leave a problem in their hands, it will be done right, as when they re-routed my leaky water lines throughout my home! They are the ONLY guys to use in this area, trust me!

The worst company I have ever attempted to business with. The guy arrived late , had zero personality. I needed a new kitchen faucet installed , get this he quoted me $390.00 I nearly threw him out of my house I asked is that by the hour he said no flat rate. I then asked for a quote to put new flapper in a spare bathroom toilet he quoted me ...$190.00!!!!!! This time I told him to get the BEEP BEEP out of my house and sent him on his way!!!! If I had the option I wouldn't give them ANY STARS!!!!!

I had a clogged drain.Technician told me toilet would have to be lifted, to snake the pipe.He wanted 560.00 plus 129.00 for showing up.He said it was a big job.(He never even tried to unclog the toilet). When I told him it was not a """"big job"""",he tried to double-talk his way around it.I am 67 years old and did it myself.Do yourself a favor, call someone else.

This is a great company. I would recommend them to everyone. Paul came and took care of a clog in my kitchen sink. He was courteous and professional. Thank you Paul.

This is one of the best companies in our area. We have used them several times and they always come out right away....their plumbers have been with them for years and know exactly what the problem is. They tell you exactly what needs to be done and it is always completed correctly. They are also so friendly. Thank you!

I had a tiny leak spraying out of a cold water pipe located near a corner in the garage. I was happy that they responded quickly. However, on arrival, the repair man, Victor, stood at my drier with a book open for nearly fifteen minutes, perusing it to see what he should charge me. He mumbled that first he would need to open the wall and that that would be a $200. charge. I couldn't believe my ears, so I picked up my own saw and ripped open the area in about thirty seconds. His response was, """"well you just saved $200. We then saw a 2 inch long section of pipe and if he replaced that, the job would be complete. However, he also discovered a very slight trickle at a joint slightly higher up. Ok, so two areas of concern. Each area was to cost over $250. for a total of $$561. I stated quite clearly that with a leak in motion it was like having a gun to my head, so I had little choice. Time was passing and I was asking myself why this guy wasn't yet working on the problem but he had more to tell me, while requesting if I wanted to re-pipe overhead to the kitchen, instead of doing this fix. Obviously, his last suggestion would be far more money and I figured he could complete this in about thirty minutes, that is, if he ever got started. He did start after about 45 minutes. He went on and about three hours later, he called it a day and did a temporary patch with a clamp, whereby he stated that he would complete the job the following day. Before departing, I had to pay the service fee, which I believe was $137. The next morning, I spoke to someone in their office, I think her name was Haley. I requested a lowering in the price and explained what was initially required and what had been done. Victor told the office that I had three leaks and that I had caused one of them when opening the wall, which was an out right lie. Also, I tried to convey that I had a two inch pipe that needed replacing but instead, this guy had cut the two inch pipe in half, replaced the bottom half one inch and left himself a leak on top of his work, which he now called a third leak. Anyway I got nowhere. When Victor arrived, I asked him for written authorization for a paper that I had written, requesting that I could video the completion of this job. The reason was that he had lied to me and to his bosses and therefore if he had nothing to hide, just sign. He refused and his office refused, while I would not let him work on my property unless he signed. The office pulled him from the job, so I had to call another company to finish the work. They were expensive too but they finished their work. How do companies like this stay in business? If you're treated this way and feel like you're being robbed, throw the bums out like I did.
