Great customer service but I received a totally unreasonable price quote. I got four bids for sink installation and theirs came out the highest. I ended up having a licensed plumber install my sink for $1,000 less than their bid. I paid literally 25% of what they quoted for the same job.

And they came thru for us again. Our regulator valve on our hot water heater failed. Ordered a new one overnighted. The valve did not arrive due to a UPS screw up, so the Plumbing Company put us on the schedule for the next day with no hassle and priority. We called at 10:30 when the valve arrived on our doorstep and they were there by 11 to install it. Amazing service and a job well done always at a fixed price.

Had Phil out to replace PRV (was leaking) and shut off valve at the service entrance to the house. Called TPC at 8:30 am and spoke with Judy, who was fabulous. Phil was at my house by 10:00 am, and also called me to let me know he was on his way. He was polite, professional and did great work - everything you could ask for. It wasn't cheap, but considering I called a few other local plumbers and never got call backs... Unfortunately, there comes a point where I'm willing to pay a bit of a premium for prompt, reliable, and professional service. Would certainly utilize their services again...Thanks Phil!

Great service from start to finish. I spoke with Judy on the phone first and she was so friendly and followed through to make sure everything was taken care of.. Our Plummer Chris was fantastic too!! It was late night and they didn't think job would be done, but Chris went above and beyond to make sure it was!!! He wanted to make sure that our family didn't have to go without water until the next day. I will defiantly use them in the future and recommend to everyone :)

Once again, snaps, props, whistles, and cheers to fellow Yelpers for helping me select this excellent plumbing service. I bought a water heater from Sears about a year and a half ago, and one morning this past week, I ended up without hot water. I went out to the water heater, and found that the pilot light had extinguished. So I called PGE, and they 1) ONLY had all day appointments, without any reasonable notification of WHEN the tech would show up; and 2) Would be delighted to help me -- sometime next week. Ugh. Neither of those options looked real attractive, and having to heat up water and then drag a pail into my shower to pan-shower was a drag, so I did my usual ""Let's see who Yelpers recommend"" search and came up with the Plumbing company. The very helpful and very friendly office manager sent over CHRIS to help me out. ALL of this was done via phone, I was busy at work. Chris came right over, called me to tell me he was at my home, and promised to call me back when he'd finished. Chris called back, as promised, and Chris' diagnosis was, the pilot light was on but would not stay on because the gas valve was not working -- on a year and a half old unit! Chris was great about explaining everything to me, and offered to order the needed part, and install it, and then quoted me the price for their work, which sounded extremely reasonable. HOWEVER, I purchased plenty of insurance for the water heater when I bought it, and I decided to make Sears live up to their warranty. Chris gave me a very carefully documented bill, which absolutely helped me in getting Sears to replace the broken gas valve on the heater. These folks at the Plumbing Company are as honest as they are helpful, and if I have a plumbing issue in the future, I know who I'm going to call!

We had a plumbing emergency with a leaky shower that, after attempting to repair, ended up being a drippy hole in the wall. We didn't call The Plumbing Company until Monday and they were the first ones to be able to come right out, in less than an hour. We could have called them Sunday as their prices are fixed so no double- or triple-time for weekend calls, now we know. Anyway, we got Phil to help us and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable and did great work. He was able to fix another small nagging item in the same shower and also gave us bids for future work we'll need. You could probably find cheaper service, but for us, the piece of mind that they know what they are doing and the prompt and courteous service is worth a few extra bucks. He even called us the next day to check in and provide some additional info. We'll absolutely use them again for our plumbing needs.

Great service from beginning to end. Called and spoke with Judy with the greatest customer service skills. then Chris came over (He called minutes before to confirm the appointment.)
Very professional, went over details of the job and after the job was finished, suggested improvements for the future. Judy called later on to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction.
I will definetly recomend them and use their services again in the future.
