We have used The Plumbing Company for general plumbing issues as well as a full master bath remodel. We are so happy that we have found a company that we trust.

I first found The Plumbing Company after searching Yelp when we had a backed up drain in the garage. Only about two hours later, Chris came out to fix it. Chris is really good about explaining the problem and answering questions. He also offered advice so that the problem doesn't happen again.

While Chris was there fixing our drain, I mentioned that we had a bathroom that was in need of a remodel and he informed me that their company does that also and they could send over a quote if I'd like.

The quote was very fair and we decided to move forward with them on the remodel. It turned out beautifully! It was a pleasure having Chris and Phil at our house for those few weeks. They were so friendly, patient, and personable. It was a huge bonus that they were also friendly to our dogs which really helps when they were spending so much time here. We felt more than comfortable leaving them the keys to our house when we had to leave for a weekend so they could continue working. They dealt with all subcontractors (who also were great) so that we only had to work with them on payments and scheduling. Judy in the office was always pleasant and easy to talk to if I had any questions.

Chris had told me that they could also do design but I had a floor plan and materials already selected. They offered great advice on my existing plans and had no trouble getting the materials from my chosen vendors but they were always ready with recommendations.

From planning to completion they were amazing! I'd highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you have and most definitely for remodels!

What a great experience using The Plumbing Company. I always use Yelp to find services, etc that I need. The toilet got backed up last night and this morning at 8 am I called and talked with Judy, the receptionist. She was very pleasant and courteous and was able to schedule an appt this morning between 9 and 11. Around 11 am Phil showed up and was very polite and professional. He gave us an estimate, went straight to work, and within minutes, had everything flowing again. 5 stars is not enough to demonstrate how pleasant Phil was and how fast he got the job done. Thanks again and I will certainly use this service again as well as not hesitate recommending Phil to the neighbors!

Words can't express gratitude ... My garbage disposal stopped working and I sent a quote and got a voice message telling me they can help me over the phone and may save me the money . I called back and Judy picked up the phone . She is really helpful I ! I told her I did reset the garbage disposal and heard some humming noises . She told me that means the disposal was okay and it was just jammed . All I needed to do was just to use the Allen wrench to turn the screw at the bottom of the disposal to unjam. I tried it with doubt and it really worked !!!! I called Judy back and gave her a big thank you! This is the company I will go back to if I have some real plumbing issue. They are honest, really helpful and thoughtful ! Judy saved my day with her warm call.

Good old fashioned honesty. I had a broken faucet which turned out to need not much more than being screwed back in. I get to take the new faucet back to home depot, pocket a hundred or so and saved a ton in plumber fees.

The Plumbing Company is top notch! After making many calls to various plumbers, getting quotes but not getting calls returned Phil & Chris came out and took care of the problem. They were working from 9 a.m.- 9 p.m. to ensure I had a new water heater. They were going to drain it one day and do the job the next day but decided that since they started the job they were going to finish it so that I didn't have to go take a shower at my neighbors. Phil & Chris are very professional yet personable and Judy in the office is great. I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs plumbing help. Thank you Plumbing Company!

Chris came to fix our water heater. I thought the pipe supplying the water heater was leaking and so I called Chris. He came to my house as soon as he could. He was very prompt, courteous, and professional. After he examined the water heater, he knew right away what the problem was and he explained to it to me.
