I called Ryan on a Sunday, from Google. for a drain issue. He came out and evaluated the situation.
We made an appointment and the issue was resolved.
I appreciate his honesty and dedication to his craft.
I very happy and highly recommend him.

My husband & called The Plumbing Co and spoke with Ryan. We found him to be friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. He found the source of our clog quickly and made sure it was not coming back. I hope I won't need a plumber for a while... but if I do, I'm calling Ryan @ the Plumbing Co.

Although I didn't end up needing services, Ryan was extremely helpful and was going to give me a great deal to come out this way to help me out. He was very easy to communicate with through txt messages and on the phone. I will definitely be contacting for future services if needed. My Dad passed away last year and was a plumber for 45 years so its very hard to trust anyone. I felt he was very honest and I would feel confident in using his services.

I used the Plumbing Co. to install a new kitchen sink faucet and to repair a seized bath tub faucet. Ryan is a very knowledgeable plumber and gives his honest opinion on whether an item can be repaired rather than replaced simply to save the homeowner money. I wasn't sure what spec to look for in a kitchen faucet, and he told me exactly what I needed. He is very easy to communicate and responsive via text and phone call. His overall price is fair and reasonable as well. I had a good experience and would use him again in the future.

Ryan fixed our clogged sink this week! He's honest and reliable, communicated all the details to me and gave me confidence in his work. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

Had a pipe leak and needed it fixed right away. Called The Plumbing Co. and spoke with Ryan. He was great to work with! He gave me a few options and quotes for my fix and let me decide how I wanted to fix the problem. No pressure and honest fair pricing. Once I decided, he came out did the repair quick and efficiently for the quoted price. He even contacted me the next day to make sure everything was working as it should. If you need a plumber, look no further, give them your business! You will not be disappointed!

I discovered a leak around 8 p.m. and called Ryan and he came within an hour. After analyzing the problem, he told me that he had to return the next day. Came back at 9 a.m. and he resolved the leak and repaired it in a couple of hours. Thank you Ryan!

Ryan took care of my office when I needed him when we had issues with the men's restroom. Very prompt and very professional! I would definitely recommend his services anytime of the week. Most plumbers would take forever to respond and love how this operation is owner occupied and operated.

I contacted Ryan on a Saturday to clear roots from the main sewer pipe to a rental home in La Puente as a preventative measure. A few years ago, the drains got really slow due to sewage catching on tree roots. We set up an appointment for the next Monday.
He got there early and quickly cleared out any roots that had grown into the main sewer pipe. He also took the time to inspect the pipes with a camera scope. He explained everything he saw in detail. He told me the slope of some of the sewage pipes was a little odd due to some additions from the previous homeowner. Some areas will accumulate gunk. He suggested a hydro-jet which I will do next time to clear all accumulated sewage from the pipes out.
The entire process was quick and easy. All in all, his service was awesome and his price for all this was unbeatable!

Ryan, the owner, came over and looked at my existing water heater. I told him we were hearing it bang around at night. He explained that that meant there was scale buildup that was breaking free and that that meant the heater needed to be replaced.
I told him that I wanted a tankless water heater but he said he thought that it was a bad idea. He said that they are very expensive and that he would not recommend it for a mobile home. He explained to me that he has a lot of experience working on mobile homes.
I explained that I wanted one and would await other estimates. He was very nice and personable - I liked him. He left me no estimate but gave me his phone number.
Later that day Juan from Northstar came at the appointed time and examined the water heater. I told him I wanted a Takagi tankless heater and he told me that that was a bad idea, indicating that it would cost over $4,000. He pointed out that our heater was leaking terribly and the wood platform was very soaked and if our heater broke through that it would be very expensive to fix. I had not realized that this was so urgent. He said as part of his replacement he would replace the platform with new wood.
Juan wrote me an estimate for a 30 gal Bradford unit with the reinforced base for $1825 and suggested we do it soon.
I thought about it and wanted to get it done so decided on Northstar.
But I liked Ryan so decided to call him back and tell him.
I told him about my decision and he said that he would install one for only $1800.
I said fine let's do it. He said 8 am tomorrow. He did not make it saying that the water heater sipped him was wrong and that its replacement was on the way. he next day was to be it. He arrived about 11 am and he an two assistants had the new one out of the truck and the old one uninstalled and removed by about 3 pm. He returned the next day about 11 am saying that he had had an emergency. But by 4 pm he had installed the water heater and even cleared some clogs of scale that were preventing our kitchen sink from getting hot water.
When I went to pay him the price had climbed to $3,100 (I was thinking - closed to my tankless price) explaining that it took a day and a half to get a 3-hour job done because of the difficulty of removing the old heater from the mobile home. We finally settle on $2500 and that was that.
Ryan does very good work and in the two weeks that followed the heater has worked perfectly. The only reason for the three stars, rather than five was he did not do the jb for what we had agreed.
