The Plumbinator
Company Overview
The Plumbinator LLC ranks among the top plumbing contractors. We excel in detecting and repairing water leaks, including complex scenarios like slab, yard, and wall/ceiling leaks. We are proficient in sewer leak detection and repair, safeguarding the integrity of your plumbing system. We specialize in cast iron pipe repair and replacement, utilizing innovative tunneling methods to keep disruption to a minimum. Additionally, we are skilled in Kitec pipe spot/section repair and provide complete replacement services. We offer our clients extensive knowledge in regular and tankless water heaters, ensuring a comprehensive plumbing solution.
Being a family-owned company, we emphasize old-fashioned service and customer care. Prior to starting The Plumbinator LLC, I was employed by a major plumbing company and was disheartened by how they treated their clients. They exploited individuals in need, leaving them without water or a working toilet. We pride ourselves on being moral and ethical, treating our customers with the respect they deserve as friends and neighbors. We support our LGBTQIA+ customers, offering a safe and expert plumbing experience in their residences. Our pricing is fair, and you can trust us not to charge for unnecessary services.
Give us a call and let us take care of your plumbing problems. I am a Master Plumber with 25 years of experience in installing plumbing in new homes and repairing plumbing in older properties. This unique combination of experience is rare in the plumbing industry. I can mentally visualize plumbing systems in 3D, enabling me to diagnose problems accurately. If other plumbers can’t pinpoint your hidden leak, they turn to me to find and fix it swiftly. Considering a tankless heater? I’ll provide a free assessment to determine if you need one and how much it will cost.
Support local, family-owned, woman-owned businesses with your dollars, and my sons and I will treat you like a friend and neighbor, helping you return to normal quickly and affordably.
Thank you, and we hope to see you soon! Mickey, your local plumbing expert

Plumbinator was quick to respond to my water heater emergency. Replacement was flawless, clean install and cost affordable. Plumbinator team was friendly, explained all options.

Mickey and Jordan did the plumbing for our bathroom remodel. They did an amazing job, taking excellent care of us throughout the process, including dealing with the permits (which is extra difficult in our area)
These guys are the real deal - and went the extra mile for us on several occasions.
Thank you so much!

I had them out to give me an estimate to fix a problem with my clothes dryer vent. The company charged $150.00 dollars just to come out and look. Spent five minutes with me, told me the problem was the dryer and not the vent line flooding. They were wrong!
I bought a new dryer as they recommended, installed it today and I have the same problem! The issue is water getting into my vent line from outside the home....a problem I diagnosed.
The company wanted $250 dollars to use the borescope to inspect the line. I very politely declined. (Told them to pound sand, as I can buy the camera for less than $60 dollars online.
Bottom line: If you have any other choices, I recommend not using this company for any plumbing related work.

These guys are top notch! My water heater broke on a Sunday. I called them Monday morning and Corey and team arrived within a couple hours. By that afternoon I had a brand new water heater installed at a reasonable price. A few days later I had an unrelated issue they came back to investigate. They fixed it in five minutes and didn't charge me for the visit. This is unheard of!! If you want a fair and thorough plumbing service, call the Plumbinator. They were recommended by a friend and I will enthusiastically recommend them to everyone!!

Im way overdue writing this review, so my apologies to The Plumbinator Team. But I still think about the lovely interaction I had with this company after 10 months. This interaction began when my husband and I decided to convert a space in our house for my dog grooming business.
I initially found The Plumbinator after searching for women-owned companies. As a woman/home-manager/business owner, I've found it extremely difficult to find tradesmen who don't wreak of misogyny when having to interact with females. I've been talked down to, lied to, and insulted in my own home on numerous occasions.
So it was reassuring to schedule my appointment with Wendy, the Plumbinator Matriarch, and be treated with respect and understanding. Better yet, when her husband and son (don't we all love supporting a local family business) came to assist with our project, I was all the more grateful to discover Mickey, The Master Plumbinator, a very kind and respectful professional.
He not only did a phenomenal job with our project, but he also took the time to share with me some words of encouragement and wisdom for the start of my new business. He spoke of valuing ourselves and the work we put into the world - of not allowing others to undervalue our skills. It was sage advice, and words that spoke to the Plumbinator's team's master craftsmanship, timely resolution, and fair but not "cheap" (because we all know we get what we pay for) pricing.

I contacted The Plumbinator of Round Rock over the phone and asked if I could get an estimate for some water hammer issue I was having. She was completely informed from me that I have high water pressure and would need a pressure relief valve installed.
The lady on the phone scheduled an appointment and NEVER mentioned there would be a service fee. To my shock I got an invoice the next day. I called to ask why I got an invoice and was NEVER told there would be a $50.00 service fee.
The lady was rude when I was asking about why I was not told up front about any service fees. In fact, I asked why she did not tell me and her reply was, "I would have told you if you would have asked." I tried to explain that I think it is her responsibility to inform
me and not me ask her. At this point, I got hung up on. I would have politely declined and went on a search for other companies had she done her job and informed me about a service fee. This is worse than a hidden fee. This is a NEVER told fee.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Mickey, Cesar and Steve did our entire home's plumbing - replacing all of our old cast iron with new pipe. I could write a novel about how much we love these guys, but we are truly grateful for the work they did, Mickey's constant communication with us, and just the entire process. If you are looking for a plumber for any job - from just a toilet repair to an entire home, these are the plumbers for you. They also saved us over $10k compared to competitors.

The plumber I used for 20+ years was stricken during Covid. I postponed as long as possible knowing it would be a monumental task to replace. I hit gold on the first call. I chose these guys because they are family owned. They did not disappoint. The tasks included a particularly challenging leak from a pool line which could have been an aesthetic nightmare, if done wrong. Corey and A.J. repaired the leak beautifully.

We just moved into a house that needed a few maintenance issues addressed. After calling the Pluminator, they put us on the books for a visit in a few days. Once at the house they replaced a few outdoor faucets and addressed a leaky tub faucet. They explained what the problems were, how they planned to fix them, and answered any other questions we had. We noticed a few days later that our replacement faucet was not functioning properly, so they sent someone out the same day and fixed the problem without any additional cost and even explained what caused the problem. Overall we are pleased with their services, and we plan to contact them for future plumbing issues! They are very personable and easy to talk to unlike some other professionals who don't seem to care if you know what they're doing or not. We also really love that they're a family-run business!

Mickey and his crew are top notch and would be at the top of my list for any plumbing issue. Wendy was kind and easy to work with to get us scheduled as soon as possible. When they arrived, it only took a few minutes to locate the problem. In a couple of hours it was fixed. I had a chance to talk to Mickey during the job and really appreciate how much pride he has in his work and left me little doubt why he has built a reputation for being the best at what he does. They are good people, easy to work with, very fair on price and stand by their work as a solid family business.
