Company Overview

The Plumbinator LLC ranks among the premier plumbing contractors. Our specialty lies in locating and fixing water leaks, even in tricky situations such as slab, yard, and wall/ceiling leaks. Our skills also cover sewer leak detection and repair, ensuring your plumbing system's integrity. Our expertise includes cast iron pipe repair and replacement, employing state-of-the-art tunneling techniques to minimize disruption. Additionally, we are skilled in Kitec pipe spot/section repair and provide complete replacement services. Our clients enjoy our expertise in regular and tankless water heaters, guaranteeing a thorough plumbing solution.

We are a family-run business that values traditional service and customer care. Before founding The Plumbinator LLC, I worked for a large plumbing company and was appalled by their treatment of customers. They took advantage of people in distress, leaving them without water or a functioning toilet. We are ethical and principled, treating our customers with the respect they deserve as our friends and neighbors. We stand with our LGBTQIA+ customers, providing a safe and expert plumbing experience in their homes. Our pricing is fair, and you can trust us not to charge for unnecessary services.

Give us a call and let us take care of your plumbing problems. As a Master Plumber with 25 years of experience, I focus on installing plumbing in new constructions and repairing systems in older homes. Such a combination of skills is rare in the plumbing industry. I visualize plumbing systems in three dimensions, allowing me to diagnose issues effectively. When other plumbers struggle to locate your mystery leak, they call me to find it quickly and fix it properly. Thinking about a tankless heater? I’ll give you a free evaluation to see if you need one and what the cost will be.

By choosing to support local, family-owned, woman-owned businesses, my sons and I will treat you like a friend and neighbor, helping you get back to normal quickly and affordably.

Thanks for your support, and we can’t wait to see you soon! Mickey, your local plumbing expert

These guys have twice been an excellent experience for me. While the first job a year ago was a simple water heater issue (super affordable), this time I had a sewer line back up on New Year's Eve, a MUCH more serious issue! Around 2am, with guests at my house, a toilet overflowed and suddenly no water in my house would drain. Definitely the worst timing for a worst case scenario (though the champagne made it funnier than it really was!)

Mickey came out on New Year's Day at about 10:30am, less than an hour after I called. He snaked my cleanout and got it to drain a bit so it was less of an emergency. After running a camera through my pipes he quickly located a break in the pipe in my yard, and scheduled a time with me to come dig it up and make the repair. He didn't charge me extra for working on a holiday, and it was a Sunday. That was unexpected and awesome.

I live in Round Rock, which means my house sits on crazy boulders and such. It was an unusually difficult dig, but they threw a couple jackhammers and muscle into it and removed huge rocks which had finally shifted down low enough after so many years, crushing my sewer pipe. I'm sure the longstanding drought and then some sudden rains recently played a role in that.

They made the repair, and then while testing the integrity by running all my sinks and flushing toilets, we all suddenly saw the pipe back up again, this time from on the city's side of the street! The Plumbinators stuck around for another 2 hours or so while the City of Round Rock water department came out to make their own fixes, which was the original issue all along.

This was definitely a tough job, with several unexpected issues thrown at them along the way, and Mickey's crew sliced through every obstacle like pros. And they're just plain nice guys, that's important, too!

Highly recommended for small and large jobs, I won't call anybody but The Plumbinator.

Mickey, Tim and Randy are extremely professional and knowledgable. They assess a situation, propose a no-nonsense solution and address the issues swiftly. Their costs are EXTREMELY reasonable and you will likely be quite satisfied with the end results. I called on the Plumbinator(s) on a couple of occasions for non-routine plumbing scenarios and would not hesitate to utilize their services in the future. Nor would I hesitate to recommend the company to friends. These guys really do know their stuff... Thanks again for your hard work and service, Mickey, et al!

Had a leak that showed up. Called and got scheduled for service.

I got a 30-minute time window of when they would show up. They showed up about 5 or 10 minutes after the scheduled time - not a big deal, my house is kinda hard to find.

They got to work quickly, and nailed the problem. I was informed of what the suggested solution was, why it was recommended the way it was, the length of time to completion and the dollar amount. It involved breaking out the stone on my limestone house.

The price was very affordable, about 1/3 less of what any other company would have charged - and they fixed the stone when complete. It looks fantastic.

The problem is fixed, and they even covered up the holes they made in the garage so I don't have to have a drywall contractor out soon. They were super-friendly, and I never got the "icky" feeling I sometimes get when contractors are around the house. And, they were even really nice to my young, curious, inquisitive kids - added plus.

I hope to never need a plumbers service again, but if I do, I will be calling them out again.

In short, you want to hire Mickey and his crew. They are trustworthy, hardworking, good people who will solve your plumbing issues at a fair price. If you're looking up plumbers on Yelp, you may be feeling how I felt a few weeks ago. You might feel a bit helpless, at someone else's mercy to fix an urgent problem beyond your control. You might be concerned about being taken for a ride by unscrupulous scheisters taking advantage of your lack of plumbing knowledge. I felt the same way, searching Yelp for guidance and hoping to find someone to help. These guys did a great job for a fantastic price, they are who I will call from now on and I wholeheartedly recommend them to you. They did everything in their power to make me happy with their work, the communication was fantastic, and they saved me thousands of dollars on a large project lasting several days, holding true to their original quote even as the project grew decidedly more complex than originally planned (to put it mildly).
A local, family run business that makes you feel confident about knowing a great plumber. Hire these guys, you won't regret it!

We called the Plumbinator to fix a slow flushing toilet. They came out and snaked it, didn't find anything and $125 later were on their way. A week later the toilet was used for the fisrt time when guests arrived, much to my embarrassment, the toilet had the same problem. Plumbinator was called back out to fix the original problem again and this time they found the item that caused the problem. Then he preceded to give me another bill for $100 again. He argued with me for 10 minutes and wouldn't uphold a reasonable warranty for his last visit that was never truly resolved. I felt ripped off and will never use them again and wanted to provide a warning to others.

The Plumbinator fixed what Mustang plumbing couldn't.

Home Warranty of America sent out Mustang plumbing and they couldn't clear the clog.

I called the Plumbinator and within 2 hours of being on site of my home the clog was clear and they also ensured the second clean out line was clean and clear as well.

Price charged for the services was fair and reasonable. The 2 plumbers sent out by the Plumbinator were very friendly and provided great tips for products to use in having a older home with cast iron pipes.

It's been about a year since the Plumbinators worked on our shower drain, but I intentionally waited to review, because I couldn't believe they actually fixed the problem.

Our shower drain used to clog up every couple of months. My husband would use a little hand snake to dig around until the drain started working again. This continued for years, until I finally thought this was not normal shower drain behavior, and perhaps a professional could diagnose and solve the problem. I was imagining an experienced plumber with a fancy camera or a robot or some other expensive tool that could finally get to the root of our problem, no matter the cost.

So I was a little surprised when two young guys showed up at my door. And even more surprised when they plugged in an electric snake and shoved it down the shower drain. Five minutes later, the drain was working, and they were done. I paid them about $120, which I felt was entirely too much money for these two youngsters to come and do the same thing my husband had been doing for months, albeit with a slightly larger snake. And I was 99% sure I'd be calling them out to fix the drain again in a matter of weeks.

But here we are, a year later, and the drain has stayed clear. I don't even know where our hand snake is anymore; we haven't needed to use it since the Plumbinators came out. I think it was money well-spent. Goodness knows how much more expensive it might have been if they had actually used all the high-tech gadgets I had imagined. Sometimes brute force and a professional-sized tool are all you need.

My only real complaint was that the Plumbinators showed up at my house several hours earlier than their scheduled appointment. Being a little bit early is great, but being that early can be an inconvenience on par with being really late.
