This company was sent by my home warranty company. I was told the best schedule time by the owner and was set at that time. I felt very comfortable because this is a family run business and surely believed that they would understand customer service. I explained I work from home so you have to call upon arrival; even gave the best number in the event I'm on a conference call. Not only did they NOT call but when I asked is there a reason why, I was handed a dry and sarcastic ""yes"" over the phone with no further explanation. I also asked if they would come back since they made a mistake. Just a "" no, we don't have time."" I'm sure if you were to pay out of pocket, they would have happily turned around. Unfortunately, greed and rudeness wins again. Please learn from my mistakes.
I was able to find another plumber that didn't treat us so poorly.

I cannot evaluate his work as a professional but I can surely tell you that he is an individual who likes to stick his head out of his vehicle and yell at people for no reason! So my concern is if he acts that way driving a company vehicle will he act that way working on your home? I'll leave the rest up to you. As far as I'm concerned he's not professional at all let alone his attitude may sway in many different directions?

When you see a bad review, which is not rare, they blame it on the customer or the HW company.

BE WARNED IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT COVID. I can't say anything about their plumbing skills because Pat and his assistant refused to do the work they had been contracted to do by Fidelity Home Warranty when I innocently asked if they would put on a face mask before entering my home. They both got very angry and started yelling at me that face masks actually cause COVID and that I was stupid to believe government lies about face masks. When I asked if they were vaccinated, they said they didn't need to be because they already had COVID. When I relented and told them I would allow them to come in but I would stay out of the bathroom they would be working in, they refused to do the work and walked away continuing to yell at me angrily, pointing at me and saying I am what's wrong with this country.

Called Plumbinator Plumbing on 7/26/21, Monday around 5:30 p.m. Got their voicemail so left a message letting them know my toilet was clogged despite my plunging and snaking it. They returned my call on Tuesday and set me up for a service call on Wednesday between 2-5. Wednesday I received a call saying they were running late and would be at my home around 6:00p.m. Dylan arrived around that time and assessed the job. He was able to remove the clog with his heavy duty snake in a matter of minutes. However I was not happy with the $189 bill I was presented with for the service call and snake out. When I had used their services previously, I was not charged the $100 service call fee because I ended up using them for the repair. So it was a shock that the service call charge was more than the cost of the actual snake out of my toilet. Before using this company, be aware that they charge for the service call whether or not they perform the service.

Our master bathroom shower valve came apart. Call The Plumbinator and he was within hours. Came back next day and replaced the faucet. The shower is working so well now.
While he was there, had him check and replaced the incoming water regulator that wasn't working correctly--120psi, should be 60psi. Both jobs done expertly and quickly.
Pat is definitely a master plumber with experience and great customer service.

Plumbing! Our water heater went out 6/20 our home warranty had originally scheduled to send out a different company after they canceling our appointment and telling us we had to wait until 6/30 I called out warranty and they sent sent us The Plumbinator
Plumbing, I was able to speak to Pat and he was at our home the next day needed to order parts and as of today we have hot water! Thank you so much PAT!!!! We will definitely appreciate the things we take for Granted!

they installed a toilet in my house and when i told them that the toilet spilt water they got defensive. I also clarified I did not want a small toilet prior to them installing it and they indeed installed a small toilet. They also have an employee who has horrible customer service when told about my toilet leaking prior to them changing it. He said he didnt see any leaks and that he was the plumber making it seam like I didnt know what my toilet did.

If I could give it less than one star I would. This company is literally a joke. A fly-by-night company and it's hard to believe they've been in business for 25 years and family-owned. Very disrespectful and no knowledge of what they are doing whatsoever. That goes for the owner and every technician that came to my house. They have been to my house six different times for the same issue that I've been having and they have yet to resolve it. And it all started off with a leaky faucet in the kitchen. The first visit was just an estimate. The second visit the technician showed up with no tools started taking some stuff apart and left trash all over my sink and left. Little did I know that he didn't tighten everything underneath the sink so when I woke up the next morning my kitchen was flooded. The third time they showed up they did about half the work and the technician said he needed to order more parts. The 4th time they came out the technician turned off the valve to my dishwasher and I did not know. I went to go run my dishwasher and obviously no water was going into it and it was just running and running. I confronted him about it later on the 5th visit but he said that there was no reason for him to touch that. However I had used it just a couple days before he had come out and it was fine. On the fifth visit they came out and checked the motion sensor on my faucet. Now keep in mind the original motion sensor had worked, it was just a leaky faucet so they ordered a whole new one. He couldn't figure out why the sensor on this new faucet wasn't working. So they ordered another one. They came out and replaced the faucet again. And again when I get home later on from work that day it wasn't working. I called the pluminator back and he said that I have run out of freebies and now it was my responsibility to call the manufacturer and the helpline and for me to take care of it. Extremely unprofessional if you asked me especially coming from an owner. What happened to customer satisfaction? This company is far from doing that. He also told me a price and that he would give me a discount of the estimate. But instead he ended up charging me $500 more. If I was the one at home I would for sure have not paid him. So now I am stuck calling another plumber to fix his screw-ups and what he could not fix.

Under my kitchen sink. Pat was here in a hour as promised.
Discovered the garbage disposal needed to be replaced.
New one installed in no time.
