We had a very fast response to our plumbing problems which were fixed by a technician who was very professional. I highly recommend the Plumbinator.

Pat came out and quoted $4400 for a leaking main pipe in our front yard, which I thought was extremely overpriced. He didn't do the work. His son came out & dug a ditch, spending maybe 5 hours, then left. It rained the next day. Then the weekend. Then he was ""busy"" on Monday. We had no water for 4-1/2 days. When the son returned on Tues, he made a mistake & wasn't able to connect the pipes at the house. My husband had to help Jerry-rig a fix. He returned on Wed with a replacement connector & he replaced the clumps of earth & grass. I am not happy with the work or the lack of professionalism. Do not use the Plumbinator!!

Do not recommend this particular plumber at all. Please read the reviews before you decide, as I found exact same bad experience with this company as it is mentioned in most reviews. Our water heater broke down during December 2022, got in touch with him by our home warranty company. He came without his tool bag to check the water heater (he said he forgot at another job, very same story present in other reviews), tried to fix a gas valve assembly and it broke while he was fixing (not sure it broke because of the bad condition of the parts or his use of improper tools as he did not bring his tool box and was trying to improvise). He is rude, unprofessional. He gave unsolicited advices (in past days people did not have water heater, so they boils their water and used it in winter..). The home warranty company agreed to replace the water heater. But he told me that I need to pay for $900 non-covered charges! I was surprised with that number as I had the maximum coverage possible. The charges he mentioned is to file for city permit ($300: the permit itself costs approx. $100, but he is charging $300 because he will do it in-person and does not encourage customers to do it themselves) + drip pan of $165 (same aluminum drip pan costs $20 at home depot) + other charges for lines and pipes, code upgrades. He was clearly saying that he charged 70% more than the store because that's how he does business. I got quote from another company in my area (with 4.5 star reviews) with the same brand of water heater, including city permits and all code upgrades: $1800 out the door. I told plumbinator that I need to talk with the home warranty to see how much I will get if I cash out as his charges are super high. The home warranty told me they need 5 business days to calculate the cash-out value, which is strange. We can't wait for 5 more business days without hot water in chilling cold. Thus we decided to go with him. I asked his son who came to replace the water heater if I can buy the same brand of drip pan from home depot as that will save me $140. He said it is ok with him. So, I went to buy the drip pan, in the meantime his father (owner of the company) showed up at my place and came to know from his son that I went to the store. He called me and rudely said that he is not comfortable in installing a drip pan I am buying from home depot even if it is the same brand! The home inspector may fail the inspection for a drip pan! He is forcing me to take the drip pan from him at $165 otherwise he won't take the responsibility. As the work was in the middle, I kind of succumbed to his irrational request. When he was on my property, I asked him that other companies are doing the same job with the same brand of water heater at $1800 including code upgrades and city permit, he said impossible. I showed him the written quote in my email, he ignored it. I also asked him why you are charging $165 for drip pan when most other plumbers I spoke with (3 plumbers) said $40-$50 max. He said it is his quality of work that he is proud of and he gets referral all the times. But the reviews say otherwise and exactly matches with my own experience.
After installing the water heater, the hot water is not coming well so I reached out to him, and he is now more rude than before and hang up the phone. I called him back, and he was saying I need to contact home warranty. I called home warranty company, they tried to reach him couple of times with out any response, and finally he said to home warranty he does not want to come back to check if anything is wrong (that's what I was told by home warranty company)!!! He does not think water heater is an issue even without checking!!! He is super unprofessional and rude. Once he gets money (which is exorbitantly high for simple things and misguide you) he does not want to listen of issue regarding his work neither he wants to return! Not sure why the home warranty company hires this type of contractor!
All the good words he said about his company ""customer friendly, good quality of work, professional"" in real life experience his company does not match any of these qualities. Not sure how he gets many referrals which he stated (may be a lie)! I would not recommend his company at all based on my experience.

This company was sent by my home warranty company. I was told the best schedule time by the owner and was set at that time. I felt very comfortable because this is a family run business and surely believed that they would understand customer service. I explained I work from home so you have to call upon arrival; even gave the best number in the event I'm on a conference call. Not only did they NOT call but when I asked is there a reason why, I was handed a dry and sarcastic ""yes"" over the phone with no further explanation. I also asked if they would come back since they made a mistake. Just a "" no, we don't have time."" I'm sure if you were to pay out of pocket, they would have happily turned around. Unfortunately, greed and rudeness wins again. Please learn from my mistakes.
I was able to find another plumber that didn't treat us so poorly.

I cannot evaluate his work as a professional but I can surely tell you that he is an individual who likes to stick his head out of his vehicle and yell at people for no reason! So my concern is if he acts that way driving a company vehicle will he act that way working on your home? I'll leave the rest up to you. As far as I'm concerned he's not professional at all let alone his attitude may sway in many different directions?

Bad experience.
If you read the reviews, when you see a good rating, which is not common, they say the person is a great customer.

When you see a bad review, which is not rare, they blame it on the customer or the HW company.

BE WARNED IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT COVID. I can't say anything about their plumbing skills because Pat and his assistant refused to do the work they had been contracted to do by Fidelity Home Warranty when I innocently asked if they would put on a face mask before entering my home. They both got very angry and started yelling at me that face masks actually cause COVID and that I was stupid to believe government lies about face masks. When I asked if they were vaccinated, they said they didn't need to be because they already had COVID. When I relented and told them I would allow them to come in but I would stay out of the bathroom they would be working in, they refused to do the work and walked away continuing to yell at me angrily, pointing at me and saying I am what's wrong with this country.

Called Plumbinator Plumbing on 7/26/21, Monday around 5:30 p.m. Got their voicemail so left a message letting them know my toilet was clogged despite my plunging and snaking it. They returned my call on Tuesday and set me up for a service call on Wednesday between 2-5. Wednesday I received a call saying they were running late and would be at my home around 6:00p.m. Dylan arrived around that time and assessed the job. He was able to remove the clog with his heavy duty snake in a matter of minutes. However I was not happy with the $189 bill I was presented with for the service call and snake out. When I had used their services previously, I was not charged the $100 service call fee because I ended up using them for the repair. So it was a shock that the service call charge was more than the cost of the actual snake out of my toilet. Before using this company, be aware that they charge for the service call whether or not they perform the service.

Our master bathroom shower valve came apart. Call The Plumbinator and he was within hours. Came back next day and replaced the faucet. The shower is working so well now.
While he was there, had him check and replaced the incoming water regulator that wasn't working correctly--120psi, should be 60psi. Both jobs done expertly and quickly.
Pat is definitely a master plumber with experience and great customer service.
