Pat came out on emergency call on Easter Sunday. Plumbing backup on late Saturday afternoon, called the home warranty and they could not find anyone. He contacted me and said he could come first thing in the morning. He showed upon time and handled the issue even though home warranty didn't answer the phone so he could get approve. I am so grateful for prompt response and unclogging my sewer line on a holiday. I would recommend his company.

Do NOT hire this plumbing company for any reason!! We had a leaking shower pipe in our home, and our home warranty provider contracted the job to The Plumbinator.
The owner, Pat, came to our house to detect where the leak was.
First, he determined that water was splashing out of the tub and leaking through the flooring next to it, and was out the door in about five minutes. He had no solution to this problem and was in his truck about to leave, when my wife pointed out that his theory made no sense.
So I implored him to come back in. He cut a square of drywall out of the wall to expose the pipes. When we ran the shower again, we could see the pipes leaking where the bath/shower faucet had been installed through the wall.
He claimed that the plumbing had been improperly installed, because the faucet was through the wall, not coming up through the floor as it ""should be"" for our free standing tub.
He then seemed to get super frustrated, and left in a huff, saying it would be a tricky problem to fix and he would think about it and get back to us.
That was a week ago.
Today I called the home warranty company to see about getting a different plumber assigned, who would fix the leak, but to no avail.
The Plumbinator wrote in his report that the plumbing had been installed incorrectly, so the home warranty company decided the repair was not covered by the home warranty.
So.. a ""Master plumber"" of over 35 years experience can't fix a simple leaking pipe!
Now we have holes in our walls and basement ceiling, leaky plumbing, and a home warranty company that has washed their hands of this repair, because this ""Master"" couldn't or wouldn't fix a simple leak.
Again, DO NOT HIRE!!

There was a leak in the outside faucet right by the main shut-off valve. We decided to reach out to the plumber for help (The Plumbinator Plumbing Co). Pat Durkin came over and did an excellent job! It's worth mentioning that Pat Durkin is an experienced professional with old fashioned values like honesty and straightforwardness. He delivers on his promises. Well done Pat!

Our water heater started leaking and we went through our home warranty.

First of all- after having multiple people come out to quote to fix the water heater.. and the most bizarre situations on replacing a whole water heater. It was a mess..

It wasn't until we got with the Plumbinator plumbing company who came out and broke everything down and 100%honest and upfront. We got consulted by Pat. Who heard our horror before he came around and reassured us that the job could be done.

When scheduled the appointment- Dylan came out and changed out our water heater like a charm. He came solo- and went above and beyond expectation, he was upfront and also explained to us everything that he was doing. He came on time as scheduled and made sure that all was up and running before leaving. He not only was extraordinary at his craftsman ship but his customer service was above and beyond and would recommend him to anyone who needs a water heater replacement.

This business is a family business and does things fair and honest and do as they say they will. Pat gave us great consultation and his son Dylan who came out to do the job provided the most efficient and clean service possible.

Regardless of the reviews you read online. Think twice. Because this business is legit and fair. Thank you Plumbinator (especially coming from Vacaville to Sacramento)

Ps. Our water heater is inside the house and one man team Dylan was able to replace the whole thing with ease by himself as others quoted to have the wall taken out or needed more than one person

Pat came out and quoted $4400 for a leaking main pipe in our front yard, which I thought was extremely overpriced. He didn't do the work. His son came out & dug a ditch, spending maybe 5 hours, then left. It rained the next day. Then the weekend. Then he was ""busy"" on Monday. We had no water for 4-1/2 days. When the son returned on Tues, he made a mistake & wasn't able to connect the pipes at the house. My husband had to help Jerry-rig a fix. He returned on Wed with a replacement connector & he replaced the clumps of earth & grass. I am not happy with the work or the lack of professionalism. Do not use the Plumbinator!!
