Made an appointment. They double booked and canceled on me two days before. They tried to ""work with my schedule"" by offering me after hour rates, since I have to work 9-5. What a great accommodation lol.

Avoid if you have a more reliable option.

I would give Jovanny and Fernando 10 stars if I could! I live in an apartment upstairs from a business in a very old building and always have an issue with plumbing (and plumbers!) Work always has to be done by a commercial plumber after hours because of the business downstairs. The guys showed up around 8pm, EXTREMELY helpful, friendly and optimistic about solving all the problems, and by 9:30 were gone with all 3 issues fixed and everything working better than ever. They even left the bathroom clean considering how much work they did and how quickly. I've lived in the same place for 8 years, have needed a plumber about 3-4 times a year and have never used the same plumber twice because its always been a headache. I never need to look for a new plumbing company ever again, thank you guys!

Claremont, CA - They did work for me in the past and they did a good job and I thought their prices were fair. This time I was charged $375 for work that took 35 minutes and the parts cost about $50 retail. I was shocked and felt taken advantage of as a woman and senior citizen. Very disappointing and I won't use them again. Be very cautious.

Very happy with everything about this business. The plumber was only going to be a few minutes late and called me to say so. Now that's common courtesy and good business practices but I'm used to no calls for no-shows or very late shows with no calls so being 10 minutes was nothing yet they were polite enough to give a heads up. Now the job performed was quick and very reasonable. The person was a great personable guy and if I knew all of this I wouldn't have spent hours trying to fix it on my own and I mean over several days when the job only cost $150. I found a new plumber because I've always got ripped off in the past and have never been pleased with plumbers, handymen or electricians so this was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend this company and if you think good reviews come easily from me then check out the many awful, ripped them a new one, kind of reviews I've posted for others.

Needed a leaky faucet repaired. Arrived on time. Repaired the faucet but the turn off value underneath the sink started to leak. It's a 20 year old value so understandable. Said he couldn't fix that day but would tell office so they could schedule the repair for the Next day. 3 days later and no phone call. Called another company!

I have had a nightmare with plumbers and was at my witts end over needs the past 2 years, then I found my connection! Giovanni was sent over, with a phone call 20 minutes out, on time and clean, pleasant and ready to work. This ended up being such a minor repair, it was on the house! Wow, on time, on target and obviously want your business. Dont look any further for a good plumber because you found the one!

I'm truly thankful for this company!! Richard and Dan were amazing! From the time I first made the call to the last day they finished all the work! They communicated with me throughout the entire process since we are renters everything had to go through the owner first they still let me know everything that was going on! They did amazing work which was replacing our gas line from the meter to the house they were neat and professional and took care of us ! They went out of their way to make sure we had gas working and communicated with the city to make sure they came out on time so we can have proper running gas in our home ! I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for me ! Definitely going to use them again and refer to all friends and family! Thank you Richard & Dan!

I really really wish that i could review the work that these guys do. Unfortunately i can only comment on my experience with their service and project manager. I own a grooming salon that was moving locations and these guys came recommended from the contractor doing our build out. They dicked us around and strung us along for 2 1/2 months before we went with Punk Rock Plumbing instead. (Who, as an aside, was way more communicative, helpful, and also cheaper! So in a roundabout way this could be considered a blessing) They caused our build out to get WAY behind and after we basically had to harass them to get any answers we were finally told they did not have time to do our job. WHY WAS THAT NOT COMMUNICATED EARLIER??? I am so pissed off that we wasted so much time with them. I wish we had never contacted them in the first place, because it snowballed the project and caused us to start paying rent on a space we can't even use. I also had to cancel a class i was holding there. Tons of lost revenue and not even a sorry.

The service provided is exceptional and they have provide an explanation of what they are doing which is very helpful for the customer. I will gladly recommend them to any family and friends and will use them for any plumbing issues I may have.
