Great customer service! We were stuck without water via kitchen faucet for almost a week. We contacted Plumbers Connection and Richard was able to squeeze me into their already booked schedule. He sent out one of his guys (Ryan) to replace the faucet and a leaking valve in the back yard. He did an excellent job and in about an hour everything was back up and running. Appreciate them going out of their way to help us out. Thank you.

OMG! I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with this company. I put off having repairs for a year because of past bad experiences with plumbers and contractors and the prices I had been quoted. This company responded within 15 minutes of my online request for a service call and set up an appt. for the next day, and kept within the 2 hr. time frame of arrival.

Zach was on time, he was able to troubleshoot 4 plumbing issues in my home.
Bath/Shower combo - only the shower worked. Because the brand was Danze, I ordered a part online thinking it would be needed as well as save time. Zach determined that replacing the part was overkill. The problem was the diverter and told me to return the $100 part for a refund. He replaced or fixed the diverter and now my tub fills.
Kitchen faucet- hot water did not work, I had been boiling water because the hot water valve leaked when my son replaced the faucet. Zach determined that the problem was not the hot water valve which could have cost quite a bit more, he determined that the hot water line had debris which was preventing the water from flowing - he cleared the line and it works perfect.
Toilet - was constantly filling so I had shut off the water. - Zach replaced fill valve and flapper.
Danze faucet in bathroom - water would not flow or would spray all over the bathroom - Zach took the faucet apart and worked on it quite awhile to free up the water flow.

I was most impressed with Zach's troubleshooting skills. Where some plumbers would take the easy way out and say the unit needs to be replaced which is very costly for the customer; he takes the time to find out what is causing the problem and lets you know if can be fixed or should be replaced.
This is a company with integrity. They care about building and keeping a good reputation.
The total cost for the 4 repairs was $325. I was previously given an estimate of triple this price.

Rick and his team at Plumbers Connection are hand down the most professional, prompt and courteous team. I have written this review after several positive encounters. They have fixed my disposal, installed a bidet and fixed my toilet. They even called me back at 7am on Presidents Day (national holiday)! Keep up the good work, five stars are well deserved!

Hector and Ryan installed a new toilet in our home. Their service was on-time, top quality, and very friendly. We moved to Claremont recently, and Hector told us about fun places to visit in Claremont, which we appreciated.

From the initial phone call, everything went very smooth and professional. Zach was terrific, he was on time, he explained my plumbing situation in detail. He looked at the work to be done, gave me an estimate, and how long it would take to complete the job. He was exactly right on the amount of time he spent doing the job. The cost was very reasonable.
I would highly recommend this company. I was looking for a new plumber, and have now found one!

I did my research before calling Plumbers Connection and I must say that the previous reviews were spot on. Not only was my initial contact responded to in a more than timely manner but the entire process was most professional. The set appointment was on time and the tech,(Hector) had the unenviable task of crawling in a damp dark abyss to find and repair a gas leak. He knew exactly what to do and really took care of business!
I passed my recheck with the gas co with flying colors.
Great company... Great experience... And a fair price(exactly as quoted) no surprises.

I have used plumbers connection twice in the last year & have had zach come both times. First was a toilet & kitchen hot water dispenser. Then our garbage disposal went out & we needed that fixed. Both times job was done nicely. Would definitely use them again !
