The good thing about this place is that it's open at 7am the BAD thing is that they ONLY take appointments by referral only. No new customers. So much for new business and a potential returning customer. I don't get it.

They wouldn't do my repair. For the first time ever have I had a plumber tell me that my plumbing was too outdated, it seems a little inexperienced to me just my opinion. But at least they were kind of nice about it so I give them two stars.

One morning our plumbing just stopped draining. Everything in our small ONE bathroom house stopped. I had hired a plumbing company just 4 months prior for the same exact thing. Needless to say I was not going to call them again. I found The Plumberman on yelp and gave them a call. The woman who helped me on the phone was awesome. I had a few time constraints she helped me work through and promised she could get Ron to my house at a time that word for us, Ron arrived on time and worked above and beyond to clear our sewer lines. Which in a house that was built in 1924 was not easy. He was not only able to clear the lines but he explained the bigger problems I had, recommended a company who specialized in ""strange"" plumbing problems and even gave me their card. I can't say enough good things about Ron - who completely confirmed my belief that hiring local small businesses is the best way to go. Thank you Ron! I am very happy to be able to use my bathroom again and that you have given me some time to deal with the bigger problem of sewer pipe damage in my own time frame.

Visiting a friend at their home, their poor toilet was overflowing to the brim with toilet paper and defecation, but that happens when you have a large amount of guests over at a time I suppose :D I head to Yelp and look up plumbers in the area with good reviews and out of the few I seen and called I settled on ""The PlumberMan""

The lovely woman on the phone was very high spirited, informative, and friendly on the phone and that made us choose to use this service even more.

I scheduled the appointment for the same day and had a 1 hour window and Ron came over in a little under 30 minutes. Whoo hoo!

Ron was dressed very professional and was clean. He greeted us warmly and asked us some questions on the issue at hand.

I must say Ron had a very pleasant demeanor with a great attitude.

The service was excellent. He got done pretty quickly and was very effective in clearing the toilet.

Ron was very informative explaining what he did and gave us advice on what to do in the future about the toilet even if we didn't use him to implement the recommendations. I found that awesome, always great when a professional explains and gives advice when they do a service.

The overall experience was fantastic. When all was said and done, he went out to create an invoice and came back with magnet goodies and a nice flyer. I paid him (accepts cash or checks) and then he left. I highly recommend this very personable service.

I most definitely would recommend this business and have done so already!

Update: 10/24/12 Today we had The Plumberman (Ron) install a new mop sink faucet in the garage and also replaced some leaky piping in the hall bathroom. His pricing is reasonable, does excellent work, and is just a nice honest guy to work with. Highly recommended if you're looking for a great plumber in the Land Park or Greenhaven/Pocket area.
