They showed up, 2 big guys. I had a water line break under the house. Whoever would repair this would need to dig and tunnel. One of the "plumbers" recommended that I Jack up the house and otherwise, the mission was impossible. I found another local plumber that did the job.

I wouldn't recommend this Company. It took over a week to get them out after several phones calls . After finally getting an appointment, they stood us up. The excuse that was given by Kenny himself was he trucks were busy. No call to let us know they were running late or not coming. Then after explaining how we called and never got a phone call back he says they have called 3 times and we didn't answer. But of course if they did they didn't leave a message. First job they did for me on a Plumbing Lake they did okay on. Then I needed a hot water heater they come out and gave me a quote said that they were going to do this and that to bring everything up to code. When they installed the water heater it was different installation what they originally talked about now I hope we are up to code we'll know when we get to home inspected and the week. Also they were going to do a pressure check on the gas lines but couldn't do it that day after they said previously that they would. They said they would call me back when they can schedule it later that day never called back. Same with the water heater I should say It was supposed to do it Wednesday or Thursday of last week gamer called to tell me when they were going to I had to call them again and they said oh it'll be Monday or Tuesday we actually did come out Monday finally and again Tuesday. Back to the gas line pressure check it was supposed to on Wednesday to pull a permit and come and do it Wednesday morning they would call me never called Wednesday afternoon I called them finally they called me back he said they could do it now I asked how much is this going to cost I've asked this several times now and never got an answer is it okay will call you back. Few minutes later they called back now they want to 25. I've been told that it should be between 75 and 150. Even the technician that called me back South Dakota was a little high I think I'm going to find somebody else these people the dunes at work it's just you never know when they never call you back when you ask a question and you're supposed to call back with the answers it's like pulling teeth to get anything from them I'll get the scheduled of when things are going to be done. I feel and been told their prices are little on the high side. I do not recommend.

DO NOT USE!!! I have never given 1-star, until now. One of the worst experiences I have had with any repair service. The technician delivered false promises and never completed job. The receptionist that would answer phone promised to contact me and never did. This has been going on for literally a month. I have a leak under my house and they do not seem to care. I have been fighting to speak with anyone on scheduling them back out here and they acted as if it was an inconvenience to speak with me. BEWARE!
