This is the second time we've attempted to use their services. Unfortunately their schedule person is the worst. Due to positive reviews we tried to use them the first time to replace our water softener. The scheduler confirmed the appointment but the plumber never showed up, after my wife took off from work, because the visit wasn't scheduled. Almost a year later the same exact thing for a water heater replacement. My wife is off from work but no plumber available because of a scheduling mishap. The actual plumber(s) may be awesome if their scheduler can get one to your house.

My work used them a few months ago. They did their job fine but the plumbers that came looked like they have been sleeping in their car for a week. Just left a bad impression on us and our customers who happened to be there at the time. The other companies we have used in the past have gotten the job done without looking like they went straight from the bar last night to our job.

I have used this company for over 30 years. They are reliable and friendly and do great work! Allison is very fun to talk with and gets the job set up easily. The work is good and I trust them to come in my house when I'm out on an errand. They may seem a bit high, but I figure so is everyone else. Quality is worth paying for. All in all, they rock!

This is the second time they have responded after a big freeze. My water pipes froze and broke. I'm guessing this happened on Thursday. Today I noticed water running out from under my house, across my yard and down the alley several hundred yards. They came within an hour of my calling. There must be hundreds of broken pipes in Austin now beginning to thaw and leak.

We found our water heater leaking (a small amount) late on a Thursday afternoon. Our neighbor recommended "The Plumber". Called and they come the very next morning. Reasonably priced and knowledgeable. (found a problem done by previous plumber and fixed it). We highly recommend.

Been using The Plumber for 4 years in my home. They've done big jobs (2 major bathroom remodels) and small jobs like unclogging a drain. He always comes when he says he will and can usually get me on the schedule within 24 hours depending on my urgency. Straightforward and honest which is hard to come by these days!!

I've used these guys for decades and can't recommend them enough. Barry's always been the guy who shows up. They answer the phone, they send someone as quickly as possible, the job gets done. Love these guys. Highly, highly recommended.

So I just called based on a recommendation from a website. The woman answered the phone and I told her I needed an estimate. She said she would have to put me on a brief hold. I waited but the hold was NOT brief. Seven minutes later I disconnected.
