The Plumber rescued me!

I watched water gush out from a pipe I just accidentally cut while trying to be the handyman in my fiancés house. My fiance is out of town and I knew I only had hours to fix it as she is due back tonight.

I called for help in a panic and The Plumber was able to come out and help same day! Nate walked me through cutting off the water main until he arrived. Nate arrived very quickly and was done in a couple hours. He shocked me with how reasonable the price was, and let me tell you I was scared because I knew this wasn't just a leaky faucet or stuck toilet. Nate was a friendly, knowledgeable professional throughout the whole process. He calmed me down and provided me with all the answers walking me through each stage as he evaluated and commenced with the repairs. I took before and after pictures so you can see; top quality! I am so so grateful I had to tell someone!

In addition to being great at the basics, Curt and team offer great communication and advice, go above and beyond, and don't try to turn a $200 job into a $2,000 one.

Curt has dropped everything on several occasions to bail us out and even helped with jobs outside his normal work radius. He just really cares about making customers happy.

I notice that my brick wall below the outside faucet always wet so I looked at Yelp for plumbers and found the plumber. After talk to him on the phone he knows exactly the problem. He is very upfront about cost and give me 2 possible options and will not know until he inspect it. He send 2 guys immediately and they found that they can fixed the problem with cheaper option.
I want to recommend this company. They are nice, very professional and knowledgeable. I feel that they are really looking out for customer best interest. Thank you so much.

I highly recommend The Plumber. I first had the owners son Casey and Nate install a new kitchen faucet. They did a great job. So respectful and knew what they were doing. I then had an appointment with Curt, the owner. He installed a new toilet in my half bath in like 30 minutes. So nice. He lives a street down from me in Parr Park. He's coming back next week to move my old toilet to the curb for bulk pickup. Couldn't have been nicer. Reasonable prices. Been in business for 40 years. Please call for your plumbing needs!

I was very impressed with my experience with The Plumber. They have prompt responses to calls. They keep you posted on their arrival for the appointment. The guys were friendly and professional. What impressed me the most was their honesty. They diagnosed our issue and determined we needed only to run water in unused rooms more often. They did not charge for their time. A neighbor recommended The Plumber. I called and they were able to come the same day. Our normal plumber gave us a timeframe 5 weeks from now. Two people showed up, both wearing masks. They were able to to find the leak in nothing flat, in a different place than where I thought. They were able to fix the leak in less than an hour leaving just a small hole in the wall to have repaired.
I now have a new plumber for any neds I have.

Curt fixed our first slab leak quickly and accurately 11 years ago. Unfortunately same lone developed another one. This time Curt diagnosed the problem to be best solved permanently by rerouting the water lines. Slab leak is now permanently solved by elminiating the old under slab line forever.

Costs were substantially less than the old style slab destruction method.

Curt is just awesome! We came home from a trip to a leaking kitchen faucet. We called The Plumber, Curt. He came over that same day and not only fixed our leaking faucet but reinstalled our RO water faucet that had been installed by the builder incorrectly. He did not even charge us extra for that! Curt is prompt, professional and knowledgeable! We really appreciated how he explained to us what he was doing. He is excited about his business and it shows.
