Nunzio, the Service Manager for The Plumber was our plumber. He and his assistant did a great job...removed a broken faucet that was a bugger to remove and replaced with a shiny new one which we had purchased. All work was done expertly and efficiently and in just a little more than one half hour! Nunzio and his assistant also both wore booties inside my condo which got them even more points in my book! We would not hesitate to contact The Plumber of SW Florida again for any of our plumbing needs. Thank you Nunzio and company!
Terry F.I called """"The Plumber"""" and James answered. After explaining the issue with my toilet to him, he tried to walk me through fixing myself so """"we don't have to charge you"""". Though I couldn't fix it myself and they did have to come out, I very much appreciated that! Then James arrives, and not only fixes my toilet in a snap but then proceeds to check out all the plumbing in my home (other toilets, washing machine, garbage disposal, etc), He provided some very useful tips for preventing future problems. I just could not be happier with """"The Plumber"""" service! Honest, Courteous, and no extra surprise expenses.
