I called and requested a plummer to fix a broken pipe, They said the earliest would be next week (Ive worked with them before and it seems common wait times are a week or longer ....so i accepted a week later appointment .
A week goes by .....on the day scheduled the office calls leaves me a message i called back within 30 minutes and she says we already told the plummer to go on to the next job and they will have o re schedule again and to wait ANOTHER WEEK....all because they left a message and i called them back to say Yes Im here waiting......Very unprofessional to 1st make a customer wait a week and then on the day they say oh well because you didnt answer our call right away we had the plummer go to the next Job , called within 30 minutes and thats too long ,..meanwhile they had me wait a week...
Find another Plummer who is more customer focused and friendly

Update 1/5/23 : Joel is STILL LYING. The Small Claims Court case was dismissed because I was only able to obtain 1 repair estimate, NOT because The Plumber was found to be without fault. And the empty offer of a 250.00 credit is ludicrous because I would never use this company again and he knows it. Are your pants on fire Joel?


Take your business elsewhere. The owner refused to accept responsibility for the damage caused to our bathtub during the work we had done. We did everything we could to avoid it, but ended up in court. The owner of this business stood before a judge in Small Claims court this week, under oath, and lied right to her face. There is your example of what kind of person is trying to take your money. Joel has a God complex and believes he's above the law. What kind of business owner refuses to answer a Better Business Bureau complaint and lawyers up for a $900.00 Small Claims case? A dirty one.

I would give zero stars if I could. this is a very unreliable company. Called them because our furnace broke. It was around 5 or 6 at night. Told us it was not possible to come but would come first thing in the morning. They totally lied and did not come. When I called they said sorry we can't come out today. They didn't even bother to call us I had to call them. Again, unreliable-my advice is to call another company.

The WORST company in the industry! They have not showed for appointments or cancel the last minute. Claim they only have 1 technician; how can they be in business then?? It takes an incredibly long time to make an appointment only to have it cancelled. Awful customer service - do NOT use this comany because if you do you will be terribly disappointed.
