This plumbing company took advantage of my elderly parents who reside in Surprise. My parents paid over $1000 for a leaking kitchen faucet. They should be deeply ashamed for how they conduct business and prey on seniors.

The best company, I called, they responded, came out,and sent George, the great repair guy,he was awesome. Respectful & honest. Company repairs water softeners, water heaters including A O Smith. They are awesoome

PRV - Pressure Reducing Valve... today our home health massively improved with the installation of a PRV, at water pressure pushing near 100 it was only a matter of time before the occasional drips and leaks found through the home turned into an explosive water disaster!!! With the pressure reduced we like our pipes took a giant sigh of relief!!! No more drops, no more shaking of fixtures as they are turned on and no more worry when we're away!!! The Plumber Carlin whom arrived was professional, knowledgeable, licensed and kind! The work was performed in a timely manner with absolutely no mess left and we couldn't be more impressed with service beginning to end!!!

Called to see if they did complete remodel work, tearing up concrete and moving pipes. They said they did. Came out to property and then ghosted me after that. I called two days after our meeting and they said they'd get me something soon. Still nothing! It's been a week.

BEWARE! This company is way over priced!!! Unfortunately I had recommended them to a friend to replace her garbage disposal. When she told me her bill was $665.00 I flipped! The plumber was there for 1 1/2 hours. A 1/2 HP ISE Badger V Garbage Disposal W/Cord can be purchased on the high end for $114. They charged $429.99 for this disposal and flat rate service fee. New basket strainer and flat rate fee of $184. Removed old leaking disposal and install new with new hanger $125.95. They gave her $75 discount so bill could have been $740.85!!! I called Gary and he defended these prices. On to the Registrar of Contractors.

BEWARE ALL. We called these guys to install a water heater and to replace our reverse osmosis water filters. Two technicians came to complete the work. One half hour after they left, our 8 month nightmare began, with notification that our credit and debit cards had been compromised. One tech was left alone in the laundry room to replace the water heater - this was his first day on the job. We closed the door to that room so our little dog would not bother him. The other tech was in the kitchen doing the filters. Unfortunately, my wife's purse was in the laundry room. Upon receiving notification of the financial compromise, she immediately checked her purse and her credit cards had been removed and put back in the wrong place. Her Kohls credit card was gone. Three checks had been stolen. A ploy used by crooks is to leave the next check in the book and take the following ones. This is done in the event you write a check for the service you won't notice the checks missing. To add insult to injury the tech hooked up the lines to the clothes washer backwards. My wife fixed that. On noticing that we had no hot water I checked the settings and noticed that they had not been set. I set the temps so we had hot water. There was a wire hanging down on top of the heater. I guess he was so busy rifling through my wife's wallet that he did not really pay attention to his job. We had to have another tech come out to check that the wiring was done correctly. On notifying the company of the theft, they said they had not had time to complete vetting of this criminal, as they had not received his background check. The company, on receiving our complaint did say they fired the person responsible. We received a self-serving letter that did nothing to alleviate our fears concerning our financial dilemma. This company allowed a criminal to walk into my house. It took numerous trips to the bank and countless hours on the phone and computer to get our credit corrected. It took 8 months of constantly watching our checking and credit accounts for more activity. They were here in January and our nightmare ended in September. We live in a retirement community and have Property Owners & Residents Association to address concerns of the residents. This issue was reported to them on 4/1/2019 and we have yet to hear from them, and this company is still listed on PORA's approved list. Just because PORA approved a company doesn't mean they are good & practice quality hiring. My wife is very computer literate and I am a retired fraud investigator. I am only glad that we had the expertise to nip this in the bud. Had this occurred to someone who was not familiar with this type of criminal activity they could have easily had their credit, as well as their bank accounts wiped out, and their identity stolen. I have reported this to every bureaucratic agency I could think of and nothing has been done. The Maricopa County Sheriff's office does have an open investigation on this individual.
I write this in order to protect others who could be targeted. The Plumber Guy is the one who allowed this to happen. Please don't give them the opportunity to do to you what they did to us.

Upon discovering a minor toilet leak, I called The Plumber Guy. As I hung up the phone from making the appointment, I received a text confirming the next-day appointment and then an email to let me know my technician's name was Danny and it included his picture. I then received a call this morning to let me know that Danny was on his way to my home. What insanely awesome customer service before anyone even set foot in my home! Danny was prompt and was able to quickly identify and fix the problem. While he was here, I also asked for a quote to replace our water heater and fix a leaky bathtub faucet. After a few minutes, he had worked up a very fair quote and emailed it to me. Processing payment is super easy and you receive a copy of everything electronically via email. Hands down, *the best service call I think I've ever had from anyone!* I can't recommend The Plumber Guy highly enough!

I had no idea what to expect as I am new to the Phoenix area. I just bought a home and I wanted a Rinnai Tankless H2O heater and The Plummer Guy was rated as a master installer. I also inquired about their CCF5 iFilter H2O Conditioner, and I had them run a Natural Gas line to my dryer.
From our first conversation, I knew these guys were going to be good. Brian took the call, answered all my questions about each service I was looking to have done. They sent Junior out to survey the site and we then talked about what it was going to take to get the job done. We met the night before they were to do the work as the sellers were gone and they wanted to ensure everything had been sized up correctly and they were ready to go for their 8:00 AM scheduled appointment. It was an all day 2 person task and they did not waste any time getting started or staying focused all day. When everything was finished, we went through everything they had done, discussed my responsibilities and they were gone.
What impressed me the most:
1. Communication - they always kept me up with what was going on. I received an email communication when Junior was on his way and it included his picture. I had asked that they notify my realtor too - and this was not a problem. I also received a call telling me Junior was on his way and how long it was going to take to get there.
2. They were always on time. When I asked for a 10:00 initial walk through, to a 4:00 re-walk, to the 8:00 project start. Junior was always there. On time and ready to go.
3. They always checked in the day they were doing the work. I was introduced to Jeremy as I had not met him before, so I would know who he was. They came to me to give me updates throughout the day, and when they ran into a couple of unanticipated obstacles. But, they had already worked out a solution and we talked it through and they got right back to it.
4. They were clean in appearance, they were clean on the jobsite, and there was nothing for me to clean up other than what we had not already discussed and agreed to.
5. No hidden fees - even though they ran into the two obstacles, they stuck to their bid.
6. They were respectful - of my house, of my real estate agent when they walked through the initial survey, and of me (on the phone and in person). Their shoes were clean, their hands were clean, and they had brushed off the clinging insulation from the attic before coming in to chat with me.
7. The workmanship was top notch.
Would I use them again? That would be a two thumbs up ""Hell Yes!""

Actually.... I am very impressed with Gary, ""The Plumber Guy"". Hab a pretty vexing job and knew it was going to cost me a pretty penny. Through his honesty and candor he told me how to accomplish the work at a much cheaper price than what he could do it for. Now mind you, The Plumber Guy was the least expensive of everyone I contacted and yet he was honest enough to give me a solution that cut him out of a job. A rare commodity in today's world.
