My family had the worst service I have ever witnessed. Professionalism, respect, and understanding was completely absent. When my family paid for the services (fixing slow drain when bathtub is filled and one issue with our toilet), they came to fix the problem and ended up creating a worse problem than we started with. I will also mention, we paid for the service months back (about six) and the bathtub issue has not been fixed. Jim raised his voice at my mother, would not listen to our concerns, and covered his ears when I was asking him to speak respectfully to my mom and began to ignore me. After months of this issue going on, we are glad to say we are back to square one and will be finding someone else to fix the problem.
