I had the plumber come out and give an estimate. First off they were hours late. sat and waited half my day away. there time window was way off. I needed a new water heater. asap. days later they finally put it in and the estimated price went up $500. what a way to get extra money out of a customer. jack the price up after job is done. on top of that I had to call another plumber to repair the job they did. by the way Jacks plumbing amazing to work with. The plumber no more work for them. might need a new hobby this one sure isn't working for you .

Woke up with a water leak. Called Austin who immediately picked up and spoke with me directly. Even though he had a full day, he found time to help. Cannot ask for a more responsive company. Will definitely use again in the future!

Austin and Tony came out to the ranch to assist us with some plumbing needs we needed this winter. From the moment of meeting them, we knew we had found the right guys. First the good: Austin came out as soon as we called and installed a tankless water heater. He did a very professional job and was knowledgeable about every facet of the install. We're very pleased.

The not so good: Austin said that So. Cal Gas had a rebate on the tankless and promised he would submit all necessary paperwork. The rebate check should arrive in about six weeks. That was Aug. 2, 2021 and now October, no rebate. Repeated attempts to contact Austin have had no results. So, if you want a rebate on a tankless install, do the application yourself.

Austin was like the rabbit in a hat. His company wasn't on file with my home warranty. He was contacted as the business they had on file didn't answer calls or messages. Guess Matt was busy or didn't care for the job. Austin came to my home within an hour of the call, took care of the issue. There were more issues than I realized but he straightened them all out. I know everyone has their own success stories, but Austin is ""The Plumber"".

Austin and his team did a great job from project scoping to project execution. We had him install a new shower system and faucet in our bathroom. Helped communicate before hand to get the project all set up properly for a smooth install. Showed up on time, cleaned up and provided quality work. Will have The Plumber back to help with future plumbing needs.

Top notch. They responded quickly to our Yelp inquiry. They asked some pertinent questions then got back to us with a quote. It was very reasonable. They showed up when they said they would and installed the toilet. The whole process took a couple of day from start to finish. Very pleased with their work and customer service.
