i gave this company a great review over 2 weeks ago, but the job was not completed yet, and i mean with follow up and paperwork. Well as far as the latter, sucks big time, and then the lies about above said. He them said that he wanted us to find someone else for the follow up, well guess what he already made that decision by not following up with what he promised. So this is a definite, Never recommend this company for anything

Austin and Dillion helped fix my shower, which had an outdated mixing valve and no longer produced hot shower. They arrived on time and were super nice and helpful. They told me what they were going to do before starting, the time frame, and answered all my questions. They finished quickly, cleaned up afterwards, were super friendly, and now I have a nice hot shower again!

We got a quote from Austin, along with other quotes, but Austin was hands down the most knowledgeable in explaining how he would approach and complete our project in a timely manner. We went with Austin and he did everything and more than what we needed. Excellent young man and very professional in his work, very neat and works quickly but not in a hurry. His employee, Dillon, was every bit as professional and courteous as Austin was. These two are very conscientious and made sure everything was done to our

I use this Plumber for every rental I manage. I manage over 70 rentals on the beautiful Central Coast. My homeowners often use him for their personal homes in the area as well. This plumber has won me over. I have used handfuls of companies from Cambria, Paso, and down to five cities and the Arroyo Grande area and I've been screwed over and lied too. Being a female in the industry I'm often tested when it comes to how much they can squeeze out of me payment wise. Austin has been nothing but honest and courteous. He shows myself, guests, and homeowners respect and professionalism. When it comes to invoices he is speedy and when he does not have the time to do the invoice when I personally need it (which I am kind of pushy about), he communicates with me and gives me a time frame. It's a breath of fresh air from other local plumbers I've waited MONTHS AND MONTHS for an invoice. All in all amazing plumber and the company is ran well with great moral for hard work. 11/10.

I described the project in detail and was told the cost would be about $150.
Plumber showed up on time to replace an in-wall valve to the fireplace and told me it would be about $225-$250 including repairing the drywall afterwards plus parts.
I repeated what I was quoted (and that I would repair the drywall) and he made a call.
Came back in and said $225.
I had him do the work and he charged me $250.
Nice enough guy, but if someone quotes a price, try to stay in the neighborhood. Sorry but I cannot recommend the plumber.
