Israel is professional, efficient, persistent, and very very kind. We have had to call him for a couple of emergencies and he was willing and available to help us. We had a pipe that was clogged and he was able to use his camera system and snake tool to clear it. It was a huge relief! He saved us worry, time, and money. Mr. Zubiate has been my plumber for years and I can't say enough good things about him. He's handled our water heater, showers, toilets, leaky pipes...everything. This is not a qualified plumber who just needs money not solve the root causal of the problem.

For example in my house leak situation, the copper pipe under the slab isn't good any more and is not fixable however this plumber still suggest to hire leak detection company to open up floor slab to fix the leak.  Even if I have this leak fixed I am sure another leak under the slab will happen again in the other section of the copper pipe. So don't waste your money and time to hire this guy. After I checked the leak problem, I hired a plumber to abandon the pipe under the slab and reroute both cold & hot water line,
which permanently fixes the problem.

He was an amazing plumber! Very professional and reasonably priced. He was not trying to take advantage of me and in fact quoted me much lower than what other plumbers quoted for the work that I needed performed. And that to me means a lot.
