I needed a refrigerator water line valve replaced. Service provided by Josh with The Plumber was professional and efficient. Josh seemed to know exactly how to resolve the issue of concern. He clearly explained the process and what I should expect. I was very pleased with his service. I will definitely utilize the plumber again if it becomes necessary.

Tried to charge me $500 to fix a jacuzzi pump - and I already had the repair parts here. I could've bought a brand new pump for $200, and all I would have had to do is plug it in.

I have a lot of other repairs I need, but will be looking elsewhere. Not how you make a customer for life.

We had a slab leak and they did a re-pipe on our entire first floor. The work they did are exceptional and they cleaned the affected areas after.

Brad and his team did the repair in two days. They even recommended to move the pressure regulator inside the house and put a gate valve as well. The price was fair and reasonable.
We will use them again definitely if we have issues with our plumbing.

Mark was the plumber who helped me out with my plumbing issues and concerns. He fixed my issues in a quick and efficient manner. He was also able to answer all my questions and give me great advice moving forward in the future. I wouldn't want any other plumber other than Mark. A really honest guy who is great at what he does.

The whole process through The Plumber was easy. I gave them a call and scheduled an appointment. They sent me a text verification of the appointment and our plumber showed up on time. Overall the experience was stress free and simple.

James is the man!! Honestly, I'll never use another plumber again. The level of professionalism from start to finish far exceeded my expectations. We called The Plumber because we suspected we had a slab leak and James was so thorough throughout the diagnostic process and even more thorough and patient in explaining to us our options in repairing/rerouting it. He even was receptive to my feedback and ultimately rerouted our water supply by going through our stucco, rather than putting holes in our brand new kitchen cabinets. He did this at no additional cost despite making his job much more difficult. He also noticed we had the capability of putting in a pump to recirculate our hot water and did so while we was there. The prices for both jobs were extremely fair, especially considering the attention to detail he took. He even followed up the next day to insure the hot water pump had worked properly. Thank you The Plumber and thank you James!
