Three nights ago my wife noticed that our water heater was leaking. Luckily, it's located in the garage. The morning of the next day we made a call to The Plumber. The phone was answered by Mindy, who was not only helpful, but had a great phone etiquette. She immediately scheduled us for an appointment for the same afternoon. That afternoon the technician, named ""Chance"" promptly arrived at my home.
He had a professional appearance and demeanor. Chance assessed the situation and determined that we did, in fact need a replacement water heater. I then called Mindy to make sure that they were on the ball in ordering the unit, as my past experience with other companies has left much to be desired. I was very happy to find that she had already done so.
Chance came today and performed the installation of the new water heater. He was not only prompt on arrival, but also did a very professional job. Great job Chance and Mindy, your company is lucky to have you both! We had a fantastic experience, and we will call

After compounding the problem of my kitchen sink being clogged by trying to fix it myself I decided to call The Plumber for assistance. I was fortunate that they were able to offer same day service and on a Sunday no less. The plumber who came out, Mark, was able to fix the initial problem as well as the additional problems I created during the one visit. Mark took his time and completed the job even when it turned out to not be a simple initial fix. He was a very authentic and trustworthy person and I'm very happy to have a plumbing company I can trust in the A.V. Price was very fair for the job.

I was able to get same day appointment which was awesome. Chance fixed my shower spout and everything went well. They are professional and came right on time. Minus one star because I feel like they overcharge. I received a similar quote for almost half of what The Plumber charge. The reason I chose them is because my original plumber wasn't able to do same day and I was desperate for my shower to be fixed.
To solder a pipe and install my shower spout was $169
I have a lot of home projects I want to do but hesitate to use them since I feel like i'm being ripped off. But overall, they came and fixed my issue timely and professionally.

Upstairs bathroom flooded. Called home warranty who sent someone our (not The Plumber) who came out and told us the was no leak even though the carpet was sopping wet, and left. I called the home warranty again and told them I was not satisfied with the company they sent and to send another contractor. The Plumber came out and Jim explained in detail what happen. The bolts on the bottom of the commode loosened causing water to flush out - no pipe leak which I was worried about. He tightened the bolts and checked ceilings below and luckily no damage. He also advised me that when laying new flooring to make sure the toilet is removed so that the flooring is level or it could creat a problem in the future. Thanks Jim.

Special shout-out to Mark.
We had a house-wide clogging situation and were in a bit of a panic.
He was able to diagnose and the problem and explained to me exactly what was going on. He also advised on what happens next and what to anticipate. And everything was at a reasonable price.
We actually had another plumber (who I will respectfully protect their anonymity) previously come in and try to fix the same problem. It turns out they actually made it worse by knocking one of the valves off, also something Mark recognized. I highly recommend going to The Plumber for all your plumbing needs.
