I was referred to Gregg from a friend that uses NextDoor. I don't have an account there but I will end up creating one just because ""The Plumber"" is a great find and others should know. I called Gregg and it turned out he could come the same day. I had a faucet where one of the handles was badly corroded and the cartridge was shot. I didn't want to replace all the fixtures in my bathroom so I was able to locate just the parts for the one I have even though it has been discontinued.

Although it was really badly damaged, Gregg was very positive that he would be able to fix it. Well it turned out to be a bear of a job. Bottom line, he kept at it, always had a positive attitude, and he finally, literally had to cut the handle base and escutcheon away to get the parts off the base brass fitting without damaging it. I couldn't believe how hard it was, but he did it! I am so impressed with his skills. He checked other things in my house as part of his service call as well. His prices are more than fair. He is very honest and you can tell he has been doing this for more than 20 years. Gregg will be my plumber moving forward. I already have other things I will be bringing him back for. I am so pleased I found him.

I sent out a request for a project and Gregg responded that he could help me. I called and we talked about what I thought I needed to have done, it wasn't a repair, nothing was broken, more of a back flow compliance concern. But I was almost certain I needed to have this rectified.
After speaking with him on the phone he explained that what I currently have going on is perfectly fine and I don't need anyone to come out. I shared the same scenario with half a dozen plumbers this week and not one person took the time to explain this to me. Most wouldn't let me even speak! I wasn't given the chance to explain my concern they just told me that they need to come and see the issue, the fee they would charge just to come out and bid the project. I was dreading the same scenario I've been in before, they come to the house, upsell, find other 'issues' and somehow we end up that they try to sell me a water softener,
I could tell in the first two minutes of speaking with Gregg, this guy is honest, straight forward, no bs. I'm not kidding when I say I almost look forward to the next issue because I know going into it who I'm going to call. He didn't even come to my house and I can't recommend him enough. Long story for short, we had very bad plumber before we contracted Greg,
The previous plumber was never on time and lots of unnecessary holes in my house walls and exterior pipes line.
We saw a good review on Nextdoor website, with some around neighborhood recommended The plumber.
Greg fixed all previous plumber mess and he is very knowledgeable and experienced and very honest price!!!!
