I'd give him 10 stars if I could!! Our water heater recently broke and Vince was dispatched to come out and put in a temporary water heater. The first one didn't work properly, so he made an additional trip to our house and he worked diligently to find us a new temporary one. Awesome to meet someone who works so hard work and give so much effort! We appreciate his trustworthiness, honesty and the peace of mind he has given us. He will definitely be our first call when we need a plumber again.

So this post is a long time coming. I actually had them come out last year but I've been so busy I forgot to write a review.
First off let me say that they were very nice. I really appreciate when people go out of their way to be considerate of others.
Second let me say the work that they do is good. The work I had done is still holding up well.
Lastly, the cost and ability to diagnose the problem is where I have a big disagreement. Here's the story:

Called them out for a leak in the master bath under my bathtub. Since I live in a mobile home they said it would be $150 just to go under the house BUT if they ended up doing the work that it would go towards any work. I said ok.
They said my tub must be cracked and I needed a new one which was $300-400 or more not including a new tub. I didn't have that kind of money so I paid them the $150 and they left.
Well my dad said that can't be right. So he went under the house and took a look himself. He said the tub wasn't leaking but that it was a pipe.
I called them back out and they opened a panel in my wall outside that went directly to the tub pipes and they were in fact leaking from there. I asked how much he wanted to fix it. He said $150. I said I already paid $150 last time and they misdiagnosed the leak. He dropped it to $100 which I paid because I needed it done but wasn't happy for over paying.
It was their misdiagnosed leak that would have cost me hundreds or even a thousand dollars to get a new tub put in. Thanks to my dad that didn't happen. And they expected me to pay more for work they should have done the first time? That's ridiculous. I will NOT be using them again.

Make sure you get a second opinion with this company. Even if they are nice and do good work it's not worth it if you end up paying for something that doesn't need to get done.

Needed the gas line behind our stove recessed so our new oven wouldn't stick out. We called 5 different plumbers to get estimates to get the job done. With some plumbers months out on job bookings and others giving insane estimates, I was so happy to have called The Plumber. He was able to come quickly and gave me a great estimate in comparison to the 2 others I got so I had him complete it then and there! It was done in 40 min and was exactly what we wanted! Super friendly, reasonable and definitely who we will use for our future plumbing needs! Don't second guess calling them!

I called on a Friday afternoon for a totally stopped up kitchen sink. Vince had already finished for the day but he said he would come anyhow. He was here in 45 minutes and done shortly and was very efficient and reasonable. Now I need a toilet replaced so I've got him coming out again.
Highly recommend him.

I bet you're digging through Yelp reviews wishing you had a buddy, uncle, or family friend that did plumbing. You need plumbing work done well, timely, and hopefully at a good price. Luckily for you, clicking this vendor now means that you have just that! I have had no less than 6 plumbers do work for me over the three homes I've owned and I have never called one back twice. But the Plumbing Gods have finally smiled upon favorably and I have found my forever plumber, or at least until he retires.

I called Vince and immediately got the impression that I was dealing with a regular person; someone who wouldn't talk down to me, knew what he was doing, and wouldn't price gouge me. He made an appointment to come see the projects I needed done and was prompt with his arrival the next day. After he inspected he ended up leveling with me and explained how I could easily manage these projects myself which I'm opting to do. At this point, I wouldn't have been mad if he'd asked for a service call fee but he didn't, just wished me well and said call him if I needed anything else.

As fate would have it, I had to call him the very next day because we had a pipe start leaking in the front yard and the city determined the problem was our responsibility. Luckily, I already had a good feeling about Vince and called him up. He came out quickly AND by some miracle managed to get the work done the same day even though it meant working into the evening.

We are so pleased with the work, pricing, and above all the service we get from Vince. I have no doubt that anyone who chooses to work with him will be completely satisfied AND become a permanent customer.

This was an emergency call to THE PLUMBER as the shower valve in my hallway bathroom started leaking. They scheduled me right away and gave me recommendations. I have a mixet valve that to my opinion is not very durable as i always had issues with it. I asked The Plumber to upgrade my shower and recommended the Moen. They started working on it the same day and was done in less than 2 hours. Very happy with the work and pricing. Very punctual as always. We have been using them for over a decade now for all our plumbing needs. If you have plumbing issues, you don't even need to get a bid, just call The Plumber because you know you will get the best pricing and have the peace of mind that the job was done right. Great company! I had a gas leak that required a plumber's assistance. This company fit me in their schedule, fixed everything promptly and the price was reasonable. I definitely recommend and will use them again.
